CAMPAIGN PLAN

• Target: Increase O365 deployment % in MEA

• Audience: Cloud Deployment Partners

• Campaign Period: 1st April – 30th June

• Mechanism: End of 12 weeks of campaign period, 2 partners from each MEA Sub (Egypt, Israel, Gulf, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, NEPA, WECA) will win the holiday reward according to the below criteria:

partner-1: with highest # of seats deployed

partner-2: with highest # of new customers

• Reward: Two nights holiday in 4 star hotel (air tickets and hotel stay will be provided by Microsoft MEA)

• Holiday Destination: Istanbul (except Turkish partners), Cyprus (for Turkish partners)

• Campaign Communication: Partner Kick-off mail by MEA CMO, partner reminder mail at the 6th week by MEA CMO, and PSE direct communication throughout the campaign period.

***terms & conditions was approved by MEA LCA before campaign kick-off

• Result: MEA Office 365 Deployment increased to 65 % (from 42%)
