As Microsoft transitions from a software company to a company that's building software, devices and services, product releases will adopt ashorter cycle and a rapid release cadence. Lync Client, Lync Server and Lync Online will be at the forefront of this, and will have more frequentproduct updates and new programs be released as part of the rapid release cadence.This technical training will combine presentation and hands-on-labs to help you stay up-to-date with the latest features/scenarios enabledthrough product updates/cumulative updates. There will be coverage on Lync Room System (LRS) and how to deploy it On-premise or Online.There will also be brief coverage on Lync Network Assessment that enable partners to assess customer network capacity prior to deployingLync workload.
Doelgroep:
In order for the technical training to be successful, we recommend that all attendees be IT professionals, telephony experts, or networkingexperts and are employed in a technical role as opposed to a sales role, or TDM/BDM role. The content covered in the training has beendeveloped at 300-level and requires technical background to successfully understand it.
Doelstelling:
Microsoft designed the latest iteration of the workshop to be adeeply technical one spanning three days in length to ensure thatpartners and customers are trained across the latest productupdates. The training content is a mix of 300-level presentationsas well as hands-on labs that parallel real world experience. Theworkshop also includes a brief overview of Network Assessmentfor the Lync environment.
