Architectural Design Consultant, New York, NY Dec 2007 – Mar 2012

Cooperatively worked with the NYC Department of Buildings and the FDNY by

surveying and drafting Emergency Action and Fire Safety plans for 34 high rise

buildings to comply with city code and fire regulations.

Managed client-builder relations on 11 residential and retail alterations to ensure

disputes were reconciled, and timelines were always met.

Trusted by lead architect to convey design and construction principles directly to

each client. Expedited 100% success rate of Certificate of Occupancy issuance upon

project completion.

Lead draftsman for 95% of firm’s blueprint workload. Assisted in site analysis,

survey, and design to ensure construction documents accurately reflect current

building code and zoning regulations.
