I have an interest in the practical uses of UX and worked with the department to enhance the customer experience on the website pertaining to site navigation, content organization and usability.

Assisted in redevelopment of the website natural search algorithm. Worked closely with the SEO team to enhance page results and helped formalize product attribution for better search functionality.

Tested all product for seasonal launches for photography, copy, product information, pricing, inventory availability and data integrity.

I had weekly site analytics reporting (Adobe Analytics) and ran reports for specific projects and product recommendations. Assortment changes were made weekly due to promotional sale activity, gross margin as well as using metrics to measure for traffic optimization and conversion goals.
