MICA Magazine is published and solely owned by John Prince.
The Advertiser agrees that MICA Magazine has the right to reject advertising in the event that:
1. If the editors determine that the advertising is inconsistent with MICA Magazine’s objectives, values or image or the aesthetic standards of MICA Magazine; and
2. If advertiser fails to meet deadlines for space reservation, ad revisions & approvals or new advertising.
All Adverts created by the advertiser must adhere to the Marketing and Advertising law which are enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
The advertiser releases MICA Magazine from any loss, liability or expense occasioned by advertiser if the advert sent to MICA Magazine in the required timescale and the advertiser discovers any error in their advert Incorrect imagery or any other artwork errors within the publication the advert is displayed.
The advertiser artwork must be with MICA Magazine by the 14th of the month.
MICA Magazine published date is the 30th on a bimonthly basis.
THE CONTRACT
CANCELLATION: Any cancellation must be received in writing 14 days prior to the published date. If notice received after the 14 days cancellation period then the advert will still be published and payment will be retained. In breach of the agreed term contract, the agreed payment shall be adhered to. Only at MICA Magazine’s discretion will the advertiser be entitled to receive a full or partial refund. The above contract provisions are agreed to by MICA Magazine and the Advertiser. This contract is governed by the general terms and condition and in the event of a discrepancies, the terms of the general terms and conditions will govern this contract.
PAYMENT:Full payment to be received within 14 days from date of contract via BACS Transfer.

The Monthly Payment Plan - The total cost of your package can be spread over a 12 month period.
Payment to made by BACS Transfer on the last working day of each calendar month
