Grant #: 1 - All Florida Youth Orchestra, Inc. dba Florida Youth Orchestra Award: Grant Amount 1708 N. 40th Avenue to be calculated based on Hollywood, Florida 33021 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 2,145 Grant funds will be used to support music education and performances for 2,145 students ages 5-18, at Title I schools, mainstage concerts and community venues in Miami-Dade. Program activities will include orchestral training, music lessons for at-risk youth, Happy Concerts for families, Generations concerts in senior centers and other performances. Participants will engage in music education and benefit from improved music ability, social/behavioral skills and self-esteem.

Grant #: 2 - Alliance for Musical Arts Productions, Inc. Award: Grant Amount PO BOX 170113 to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33017 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 90 Grant funds will be used to support Musical Arts Theater & Tutoring – Youth Drum Line for 90 unduplicated youth ages 7-18, at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex in Miami Gardens. Activities include musical sight-reading, composition, rudimentary study, percussion drills, drum repair and upkeep of bass, tenor, snare, cymbals and xylophone.

Grant #: 3 - American Children's Orchestras for Peace, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 801 SW 3rd AVE Suite 308 to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33130 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 900 Grant funds will be used to support American Children's Orchestras for 900 students ages 6-18, at schools and parks in Little Haiti, Allapatah, Overtown, and Little Havana. Program activities include year-round after school programs and musical performances throughout Miami-Dade County. Participants will engage in music lessons and benefit from learning instrumental technique, music theory and music history. This year-round program is designed to provide instruments and free lessons to underserved, at-risk children, using music to improve individual achievement, social skills, parental involvement, and ultimately – children's lives.

Grant #: 4 - Ars Flores Symphony Orchestra, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 3301 College AVE to be calculated based on Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33314 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 1,800 Grant funds will be used to support the free Ars Flores "Music for Munchkins" concerts and evening concerts for 1,800 students ages 0-22 at the North Shore Bandshell on Miami Beach. Program activities include live symphonic concerts and interactive lessons for children and families. Children will be engaged, while benefiting from listening and learning about musical concepts, instruments and various feelings created by music. In addition, the orchestra's professional musicians mentor/train high school and college students in a side-by-side setting throughout the concert season.

Grant #: 5 - Ballet Etudes of South Florida, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 415 W. 51 PLACE to be calculated based on Hialeah, Florida 33012 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 150 Grant funds will be used to support Ballet Etudes' performance season for 150 students ages 6-17, at various venues in Hialeah, Miami Lakes and Miami Beach. Program activities include ballet training and participation by students in professional classical ballet performances. Students will be have the opportunity to perform in front of large audiences that include friends and relatives, and demonstrate their newly acquired dance skills.

Grant #: 6 - Diva Arts & Entertainment, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 4331 NW 194th St to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33055 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 175 Grant funds will be used to support Diva Arts' overall programming for 175 students ages 5-21 at Diva Arts Dance Studio in Miami Gardens. Program activities include a multidisciplinary performing arts curriculum that trains students in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip-hop and musical theater. These activities will also expose students to culture and art, enhance their performance skills, promote self-awareness and provide them with a well-rounded foundation in the performing arts.

Grant #: 7 - enFAMILIA, INC. Award: Grant Amount PO BOX 924229 to be calculated based on Homestead, Florida 33092 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 600 Grant funds will be used to support a year round arts program for 600 students ages 11-18 at enFAMILIA, Everglades Community Association and four other community centers in Homestead and Florida City. Activities include multidisciplinary arts classes, exhibits and performances where students engage in dance, music, drama, creative writing, film production, and visual arts. Students will benefit from learning various arts skills, as well as the causes, consequences and solutions to domestic and teen violence.

Grant #: 8 - Fantasy Theatre Factory, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 7069 SW 47th ST to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33155 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 55,000 Grant funds will be used to support Fantasy Theatre Factory's Miami-Dade performances/workshops for 55,000 students ages 0-17, at schools, parks, libraries, festivals and community centers throughout all of Miami-Dade County. Program activities will include touring theatre shows and workshops. Participants will engage in theatre arts and benefit from exposure to educational, culturally enriching theatre performances and interactive workshop experiences.

Grant #: 9 - Florida Film Institute, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 640 NE 124th ST to be calculated based on North Miami, Florida 33161 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 240 Grant funds will be used to support Florida Film Institute's CINEMA program and CINERAMA SATURDAYS for 240 students ages 13-18, at various Miami-Dade County Public Schools and at Miami Dade College. Program activities will include every aspect of filmmaking as an artform and as a career. Participants will engage in scriptwriting, acting, filming, and directing and benefit from literacy and cinematography skills.

Grant #: 10 - Greater Miami Youth Symphony of Dade County, Florida, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 5275 Sunset DR to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33143 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 900 Grant funds will be used to support concerts and outreach programs for over 900 students ages 5-18, throughout Miami-Dade County. Program activities will include rehearsals, performances, classes, special events, and summer programs. Participants will engage in weekly orchestra/band rehearsals, instrument classes, sectionals, chamber groups, concerto competition, and outreach and gala concerts, and benefit from increased instrumental and performance skills.

Grant #: 11 - Kinad, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 2100 NW 192 TERR to be calculated based on Miami Gardens, Florida 33056 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 9,300 Grant Funds will be used to support Kinad's year-round Mobile Museum cultural arts program for 9,300 children and youth ages 6–16 from under-served communities across Miami-Dade County. Kinad's programs provide informative historical exhibits, with a wide variety of materials that introduce children of all ages to the cultural significance of the African American perspective and cultural traditions.

Grant #: 12 - Miami Children's Chorus, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 1533 Sunset DR #215 to be calculated based on Coral Gables, Florida 33143 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 260 Grant funds will be used to support the Miami Children's Chorus for 260 students ages 8-18, at various venues including the Arsht Center (Miami), New World Center (Miami Beach) and South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center (Cutler Bay). Program activities will include rehearsals, concerts, and professional development workshops. Participants will study and perform standard and experimental forms of choral music and benefit from developing musicianship, vocal technique, disciplined effort and sustained commitment.

Grant #: 13 - Miami Dance Project, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 7460 SW 117th AVE to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33183 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 250 Grant funds will be used to support year round dance education and autism movement therapy programs for over 250 students ages 3-18, at Miami Dance Project studios and two outreach facilities in South Miami-Dade County. Program activities will include intensive dance instruction in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop and modern dance, as well as Autism Movement Therapy. Participants will engage in dance activities and benefit from improved dance technique and self-esteem.

Grant #: 14 - Miami Momentum Dance Company, Inc. Award: Grant Amount PO Box 331973 to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33233 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 1,690 Grant funds will be used to support Momentum's educational programs for 1,690 students ages 6-17, at multiple locations in diverse neighborhoods throughout Miami-Dade County. Program activities include dance classes, choreography, performances and mentoring for students who want to pursue dance. Participants will engage in ballet, modern, Indian folkloric and Spanish dance, and benefit from physical, cognitive and performance skills acquired in classes and performances.

Grant #: 15 - Miami Music Project, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 2125 Biscayne BLVD Unit 215 to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33137 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 380 Grant funds will be used to support Miami Music Project's afterschool music education programs impacting over 380 students ages 6-18, at Miami-Dade County Public Schools located in Doral, Little Haiti and Liberty City. Program activities include orchestral music education (beginner through advanced), live performance opportunities, and music enrichment activities in the community for all skill levels.

Grant #: 16 - Miami Stage Company/Miami Children's Theater Inc. Award: Grant Amount 11155 SW 112th AVE Suite 501 to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33176 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 600 Grant funds will be used to support Miami Children's Theater's conservatory training and main stage production programs for approximately 600 students ages 4-18, at the Alper JCC in Kendall, Pinecrest Gardens and Coral Gables Youth Center. Children will receive expert training in the areas of acting, singing and dance, and will be empowered to contribute artistic and technical skills towards their production.

Grant #: 17 - Miami Theater Center Inc. Award: Grant Amount 9806 NE 2nd AVE to be calculated based on Miami Shores, Florida 33138 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 20,065 Grant funds will be used to support Miami Theater Center's (MTC's) theater shows and education programs for 20,065 youth ages 5-18, at MTC in Miami Shores. Activities will include 88 full-length and 6 Theater Inclusion (TIP) performances, complementary educational activities, 70 free school and 60 free hospital workshops, plus supportive production and performance opportunities for 5 emerging artists. Diverse youth will benefit from intellectual, social, and emotional stimulation of experiencing high-quality drama, dance and music.

Grant #: 18 - Miami Youth Ballet Inc. Award: Grant Amount 9210 SW 158th Lane to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33157 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 120 Grant funds will be used to support Miami Youth Ballet's dance season and educational programs for approximately 120 students ages 8-18 in Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay. Season activities will include productions of The Nutcracker, Carnival of the Animals, and Dance Creative taking place at the South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center. Dancers will experience expert coaching/training, performance opportunities, participation in the creative process, and awareness of environmental issues and social responsibility.

Grant #: 19 - South Florida Youth Symphony, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 12645 SW 114 Ave to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33176 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 200 Grant funds will be used to support the South Florida Youth Symphony for 200 students ages 5-21 , at Miami Dade College North in Miami Gardens. Program activities will include once a week afternoon music instruction and performance experiences. Participants will engage in class music learning and orchestra, and perform 4 concerts for the public throughout the year. Student will benefit from interaction with peers and teachers for group goals and personal achievement.

Grant #: 20 - The Roxy Theatre Group, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 8825 SW 19 ST to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33165 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 120 Grant funds will be used to support two main stage musicals for 120 students ages 8-23, at the Miami Arts Studio in Miami. Program activities will include workshops taught by guest musical theater professionals such as Broadway Connection. Participants will engage in acting, singing, and dancing and benefit from learning new musical theatre techniques and developing social and team-building skills.

Grant #: 21 - The South Florida Boys Choir, Incorporated Award: Grant Amount 10212 SW 183 ST to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33157 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 70 Grant funds will be used to support the Hope Through Harmony after school program for 70 students ages 7-18, at R. R. Moton Elementary School located in West Perrine, and its neighboring communities of Richmond Heights, South Miami Heights, Goulds, Leisure City/Naranja, and Princeton. Program activities will include vocal performance training, performance opportunities, and afterschool tutoring. Participants will engage in and benefit from vocal training, positive values, and social skills building.

Grant #: 22 - The Thomas Armour Youth Ballet, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 5818 SW 73 ST to be calculated based on Miami, Florida 33143 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 600 Grant funds will be used to support "Dance as a Vehicle to Success," for approximately 600 students ages 3-18, at five program sites located in South Miami, Little Haiti, West Grove, Miami Gardens and Cutler Bay. Participants will engage in ballet, tap, modern and dance enrichment. Students learn how to attain mastery of dance skills and achieve excellence through discipline, focus and literally "putting in the hours."

Grant #: 23 - Walenstein Musical Organization, Inc. Award: Grant Amount 2817 NW 168th TERR to be calculated based on Miami Gardens, Florida 33056 YAM funding formula Est. # of children/youth to be served: 2,185 Grant funds will be used to support Walenstein Musical Organization's music program for 2,185 students ages 0-21, at various venues throughout Miami-Dade County. Program activities will include seminars, one-on-one and group coaching sessions, musical exhibits and competitions, master classes, and concerts. Participants will engage in musical activities and benefit from gaining performing experience.
