OGÓLNE UWAGI EKSPERTÓW„(…)score on scientific and technological quality of any proposal is the most important pre-requisite for the other criteria ((……))””
„Applicants should be asked to explain what are the novelty and the added-value of their networking with respect to other networks operating in the subject-matter.”
Ćwiczenie 3: przygotowanie Work Package
Praca w grupach.
Prosz ę przygotowa ć tabelę dla jednego work package z załączonego opisu projektu oraz list ę ewentualnych milestones.
Ćwiczenie 3: przygotowanie Work Package
i raczej związane z częścią badawczą; Pod wykresem Gantta uzasadnienie liczby i długości wymiany w kontekście
zrealizowania celu projektu.

achieve the objectives of the programme
„Several proposals allowed for the main partner to have exchange programmes with individual partners, but there was no connection or staff exchange between these other partners. There should be also a justification for the selection of partners.””

Please give detailed information about e.g. the number of workshops/conferences/training, the target audience, sustainability of the knowledge transfer, etc.
Describe the added value (in terms of gained knowledge) for the partners involved
„(…)many applicants failed to provide any information on the quality of science, since this was not specifically requested in the “Guide”.””
„(…) applicants should be asked to provide a short section on the state of the art for the subject-matter. This is a relevant component of the quality of the Transfer of Knowledge (TOK) to be evaluated and should be reflected in the score..””

B 4.2 Potential to develop lasting collaboration wi th the eligible Third Country partners.
Give a detailed overview over the measures taken to create or reinforce a lastingcooperation between the partners
„The need for balanced exchanges out of Europe and into Europe is mentioned in the “Guide for applicants” (page 6) but this issue is not reflected in the evaluation criteria. Consequently, this balance which is relevant for assessing the impact is not given sufficient attention in the proposals.””
„Big networks tended to be rather general whereas small network addressed very specific areas for the international research staff exchange. Information was often missing on the relevance for different partners. The “Guide” should advise applicants to explain the expected broader impact, and impact for different partners.””

Criterion 4. Impact (Weight 30/ Threshold 3)Issues to be addressed when assigning an overall mark for this criterion:· Relevance of the proposed partnership to the area of collaboration and for the ERA· Potential to develop lasting collaboration with eligible Third country partnersStrengths:- The partners involved in the research exchange, in particular those from third countries are appropriate to support ERA objectives.- There is a great potential to develop lasting collaboration with the eligible third country partners.- The issue of work-related health problems is relevant to communities globally, andso it will have large social impact.- The complexity of the research and the relatively new research field, implies that there is ample scope to extend research collaboration between the partners.
Weaknesses of the proposal :- The inclusion of more visits for Third country partners would be beneficial.
Overall comments:Considering the topic, which is of large social impact, the relevance to ERA is potentially high.
Ogólna suma punktów: 75,8; Impact: 4,2
Ćwiczenie 4 Impact –Przykład 1
Criterion 4. Impact (Weight 30/ Threshold 3)
Strengths of the proposal:• This project will bring input from world-class experts to the European mathematics, for the solution of important mathematical problems;• The project will create a world-wide team in the subject of the proposal• The existing collaborations will be strengthen and new collaborations will start• Benefit for all partners.
Weaknesses of the proposal:• The network should provide a forum to disseminate results more widely in order to increase the impact of the findings and to include potential new researchers in the field. No measure is taken to include this in the programme.
Overall comments:This is a very good proposal, well-written with carefully planned activities. The exchange programme is likely to make significant contributions to the solution of the stated problems. There is a potential for significant impact on the mathematical community world-wide
