Application form

• 21/02 The names of the mentor applicants will be send to the mentees

• 23/02 Dl for the mentees to choose 3 mentors • 25/02 DL for mentorship team (Vassia+Filothei)

to match the mentors with mentees

• 27/02 DL for announcing the mentorship couples, a personal email will be sent

Matching

• 9/03 Dl for the first mentor training to take place

Mentor training

• The first meeting should happen within 2 weeks after the matching

• Afterwards the pairs can agree on the frequency and purpose of the meetings based on their needs and scedules

Meetings

• Each mentoring relationship can be continued, as long as both parties feel it is valuable and supports their development.

End of Relationship

What are the obligatory requirements to become a mentor?

1 meeting per month (Physical if in the same city, virtual if not in the same city) Participation in mentors trainings 1 per month Preparation before each mentorship meeting
