GOVERNING RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All club members shall abide by the rules

membership registration form and signing the necessary agreement.

2. The club member shall be ENTITLED to a deed of agreement.

3. Whenever there is a change in any vital information supplied in this form, the investor shall notify the

company as soon as possible.

4. All club members shall make a minimum investment deposit of N10,000 every month (TGIF-Pali) or N30,000

every quarter (TGIF-PaliPlus) either in cash to the designated bank account or in cheques/drafts/bank th of every month. Deposits not received on or before this

due time, will be counted forward.

5. Where the 5th of the month is a weekend or a Public Holiday, such payment must be made before the

end of the next working day.

Otherwise, applicable returns would be lost on deposited funds within this period.

8. Notice of investment closure shall not be later than three-months and sent in writing to the administrative

9. Investment deposits must remain for the tenure (or period) agreed on before any request for partial

withdrawals or termination can be executed. Please note: any club member who applies for termination

of his or her investment prematurely, shall forfeit any interest already accrued on the investment and 20%

of the principal.

10. No member of the investment club can liquidate until a minimum of one year and this shall further attract

applicable charge.

11. Upon liquidation, total interest shall be subject to 10% withholding tax as stipulated by Federal

Government of Nigeria tax law.

12. The fund managers possess the discretionary authority in deciding the application of invested funds. As

such, no form of interference by club members would be accepted.

13. All cheques and drafts should be raised in favour of LIFEPAGE PROPERTY & INVESTMENTS LIMITED-TGIF or

14. Returns on investment cannot be re-negotiated before the end of its matur ity period once signed off.

15. At maturity, payment shall be made to the named investor as it appears on our membership registration

form. If he/she is deceased, payment shall be made to the next-of-kin. Where an investor dies without

advising the company of a next of kin and without a will, the spouses or children or parents or siblings will,

16. It is important for every club member to keep records of payment(s) and other related documents, as it

would serve as proof should there be disputes regarding deposits.

17. Should a club member choose to renew or extend the duration of his/her investment, the terms of renewal

or extension will be agreed upon.
