1.2 Login MS02 as Admin

Admin ID and Password are issued by Meitrack or the Super Admin.

2. Start Menu

2.1 Language

There two language options which are English and Chinese. The default language is English.

2.2 Device Management

The devices will be shown in a list. You can edit/remove devices. - 4 -

2.1.1 Search Device

The search can be conducted in 6 ways.

By Device Model: The model of the tracker. e.g. GT30i, GT60, MT80i, VT300, VT310, MVT340 and so on.

By Device Name: The name entered when adding the device in the system.

By Device ID: The S/N or IMEI of the tracker.

By SIM Number: The phone number of the SIM card entered when adding the device in the system.

By Group Account: The login user ID of a Group User. It can be used to search the device if you forgot the device

ID.

By User Account: The login user ID of a User. It can be used to search the device if you forgot the device ID.

2.1.2 Delete Device

Click to select one or more devices on the left side.

Click to delete the selected device(s).

2.1.3 Edit Device

Click to select a device on the left side.

Click and then it will pop up a window shown as the example below,

Enter the device password and then start to edit other information. Click ‘Save’ to save changes.

2.1.4 Refresh

Click to refresh the device list.

2.2 Logout MS02

Click ‘Start’‘Logout’ to logout MS02

3.1 Edit Admin

Click the Admin name, its information will be shown on the right hand side as the example below,

Name: The name of the Admin to be shown in the system.

Mobile: The mobile phone number of the Admin account owner.

Telephone: The telephone number of the Admin account owner.

Email: The email of the Admin account owner.

Address: The address of the admin account owner. It can be shipping or physical address.

Device Limits: The number of device connection that granted to this Admin.

Expiry Date: The expiry date of the Admin account. Please contact Meitrack for renewal before it expires.

3.1.1Save Information

Click ‘Save’ to save the changes.

3.1.2 Change Password

Click ‘Change Password’ to enter the new password and then save.

3.2 Add New Group

Admin account can add Group User and User. There are two ways to add a new Group or new User.

Right click the Admin name as the example below,

The other way is click the ‘Add New Group’ button to add a new Group.

Enter the information in the popup window as below and then click ‘Confirm’ to save the information.

User ID: The only ID of the Group User to login the system. Only numbers and letters are allowed. Symbols

not allowed.

Password: The password to login the system.

Name: The name to be shown in the system. It can be different from the User ID.

Permission: There are three levels of permission as below,

A. Demo: Tracking only.

B. Regular: Tracking and send commands.

C. Advanced: Tracking, send commands and add devices

Mobile: The mobile phone number of the contact person. It can be blank if not applicable. - 8 -

Telephone: The telephone number of the contact person. It can be blank if not applicable.

Email: User’s email address. When you forgot password, the password information will be sent to this email.

Address: User’s mailing or physical address. It can be blank if not applicable.

Device Limits: The number of device connection granted to this Group User and it cannot exceed the device

limit of the Admin itself.

Expiry Date: Expiry date of this Group User.

After a Group User is added, it will be shown under the Admin.

Note: the login user ID is in brackets next to the user name. The login ID in this example is testing001.

3.3 Edit Group User

3.3.1 Edit Group User

Click the name of a group user that you would like to edit. After you enter the information, click ‘Save’ to save

changes.


You can change password for this group user.

Note: if the Group User forgets its password, you create a new password by changing password.

3.4 Add New User

There are two ways to add a new user.

Right click the Admin name as the example below,

The other way is to click the ‘Add New User’ button to add a new user.

Enter the information in the popup window as below and then click ‘Confirm’ to save the information.

3.5 Edit User

3.5.1 Edit User

Click the name of the user that you would like to edit. After you enter the information, Click ‘Save’ to save

changes.


You can change password for this user.

4. Skin Color

The system offers five skin colors. Light blue is the default color. Colors can be changed on the upper right hand

side.

5. Group User Login

Group User can login in the tracking website: http://www.trackingmate.com/ , http://www1.trackingmate.com/ or http://www.trackinguide.com/, http://www1.trackinguide.com/ Group User can add and manage Users and Devices. The total device limits of all Users cannot exceed the device limits of the Admin account.

5.1. Add a New User

Group User is allowed to create new User.

As the chart shown below,

Password: The password to login the system.

User Name: The name to be shown in the system. It can be different from the User ID.

Email: User’s email address. When you forgot password, the password information will be sent to this email.

Device Limits: The number of device connection granted to this User and it cannot exceed the device limit

of the Admin itself.

Expiry Date: Expiry date of this User.

5.2. Add Existing User

This function is for you to monitor the User which is already existed in other Group Users’ account. You need to

have the User ID and password of this User which you want to monitor. This function is designed for the multi

Group Users to monitor one User at the same time.

5.3. Remove User

Remove the user from your group. Kindly note the user is removed instead of deleted. It will still exist in the

system but invisible in your group. For deleting the user, please contact the Super Admin of the system.

5.4. Add Device to User

You can add device(s) to the User you created.

(Note: Device can also be added by User directly. Please refer to the MS02 User Guide for more information)

Click a User under which you want to add a device and then click ‘Add a New Device’.

Device ID: The S/N or IMEI of the device. Device cannot be added if this number is incorrect.

For GT30i/GT60/VT300/VT310/VT400, check the S/N barcode from the device’s case or PCB. If the S/N reads: - 17 -

4037828853 then please fill this blank with 4037828853;

For MT80i/MT88/MT90/MVT100/MVT340/MVT380/MVT600/T1, the Tracker ID is tracker’s IMEI.

Password: The user’s password for sending SMS commands. Default password as follows:

000000 for GT30i, GT60, VT300, VT310 and VT400;

0000 for MT80i, MT88, MT90, MVT100, MVT340, MVT380, MVT600 and T1.

If you’ve changed the password, please use the latest one.

Device Name: This name will be shown in the system. You can name the device by vehicle license number, name

of the driver or even company’s name.

SIM Number: The phone number of the SIM card in the device.

Model: The model of the device you would like to add. Please choose the correct model (this is very important).
