The mehendi ceremony in Kashmiri marriage is the last ceremony which takes place. This ceremony basically happens one or two days before the marriage. The mehendi ceremony starts with a prayer to the goddess followed by other customs. Once the respect to the goddess of the family is done the real mehendi begins.
