Hi everyone, There are a few announcements from this week’s meeting. First, we will be having a dinner social this Friday at 7:00pm at the Cheesecake Factory on Westshore Boulevard. We also have nominations for our member of the month. We will be voting on them next week! Finally, we were lucky enough this week to have Mimi from Blackstone visit us. For those of you who do not know, Blackstone is a local LSAT prep organization that operates primarily in central Florida. It is a nonprofit organization and, thanks in part to Mimi, produces amazing results. Mimi shared an exuberant amount of knowledge with us at the meeting, including when students should begin studying for the LSAT and when the ideal time to take it is. If you happen to be a junior, Mimi’s advice for LSAT prep was to begin studying in January of 2010 by yourself to get acclimated to the test, do light studying in the Spring then, the minute Spring classes end, Blackstone holds and intensive program that gets you ready for the June test. Blackstone is also holding free practice tests on October 12th and October 18th. Their office is located on Busch Boulevard, so if you are interested in seeing what the LSAT is like, I highly recommend that you attend the practice test. Blackstone also has a website if you are interested at looking at it. It can be found at http://www.blackstone-lsat.com/ I look forward to seeing everyone at dinner this Friday and at the meeting next Monday!

Hi everyone,

There are a few announcements from this week’s meeting.

It can be found at http://www.blackstone-lsat.com/

I look forward to seeing everyone at dinner this Friday and at the meeting next Monday!
