8. Disassemly TP&LCDDisassembly the mobile phone to front housing subassembly only (just have LCD/touch lens/front housing) then along the round(black area) on Touch lenshousing), then along the round(black area) on Touch lens to heat even about 20seconds with Hot Gun as below pic

9.once finished to heat up by Gun. take the Guitar p yplectrum insert the gap between Touch lens and front housing (take care :the Guitar plectrum didn’t be insert too deep ,or will hurt the LCD). then prize the touch lens along the round as below picg p
