Fresh Start is televisions newest talk show that is all about empowering others and giving them an outlet to have a fresh start!
2013 birthed an opportunity for Althea Winifred to do what she loves which is help others. Fresh Start is a morning talk show that features phenomenal guest that want to help viewers turn their life and situations around. It offers positive guidance and allows for viewers to be themselves and truly gain the motivation they need to change their circumstance.
Meet Our Host Prophetess Althea Winifred is not just a woman on the move; she is a Woman of God. She is an Evangelist, Prophetess, and Teacher of the Word of God, Writer and Business woman. An Inspirational and Motivational speaker known nationally and internationally, she is Founder and Director of The Intercessor's Network Crowd, known as “The IN Crowd.” The group consists of people in different countries committed to intercessory prayer around the clock 7 days a week. The IN Crowd was established in January 2004. In addition, she is the Founder and Director of Ministries of Substance International (M.O.S.I) and Perfecting of the Saints International Fellowship, Inc (P.O.T.S.I.F) established by God.
On June 9, 2011 while in a place of starting over Prophetess Althea started a program on BlogTalkRadio called "The Fresh Start" and to date there has been 50,000 people who have tuned in and listen from around the world. Only God! Now God is taking Fresh Start to be in your homes tune in every Monday Morning at 5:30 am. You and your family are encouraged to start your week with her in the word, interviewing people, local and international artist, writers, singers, etc.
Althea is also producer, editor and writer of “Into The Clefts of the Rock” ~ Prophetic Magazine, Hope is in the Bag devotional and a creative Hats Maker. She is the author of the following books: The Righteous’ Promises, Healing In Is Your Words, Who Is The She Within You and Who Is The He Within You Study Guides, But for a Moment - An Emotional Abusive Relationship and Birthing it Through Prayer. Althea has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Emphasis in Management and completed her Masters in Religious Education. Althea firmly believes in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and stands on the Word of the Lord; knowing, that God is God whether the answer is Yes, No or Wait. Her favorite scripture is Ezekiel 12:28 ~ "Therefore say unto them, thus saith the Lord God; there shall none of my words be prolonged (postponed) any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord God".
Meet our Team Smart, savvy, articulate, and professional are words that describe public relations practitioner, Jodi Lewis. She has a consuming passion for seeing others succeed, which has shaped her unique approach toward her customers and clients. Earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University (2005) and Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University (2012) gave her the skills to earn a level of respect in her current field. More recently Mrs. Lewis has earned her Masters Degree in Public Relations and maintained a 3.8 GPA throughout her studies.
Mrs. Lewis’ experience in the entertainment industry began in her teens as a model. She hosted and produced a reality show entitled “America’s Next Video Vixen”, judged and co-produced a local talent show called “Can U Rip It 2”, and worked with local and international artists such as Wayne Wonder, Dead Prez, Missy Elliot, Jah Cure, and Trevor Hall. More recently she worked along side with Green Partners with the One Bermuda Alliance and assisted them with key campaign strategies that help the political group win power and become Bermuda’s next ruling government. Mrs. Lewis has also sealed a major contract with the Corporation of Hamilton and was selected to honor Danny Glover with the Bermudian Gombey Award in Los Angeles for the African Heritage celebration. She has successfully assisted Crime Stoppers Cycling Team secure and superseded their desired budget for their Jr. Cycling Program and rebranded their entire organization so they are better prepared for todays challenges. Mrs. Lewis has been appointed Public Relations Manager for the Future Bermuda Alliance which is the young professional governmental body in Bermuda where she will manage branding this new organization positively within the public’s eye. She also managed all PR, marketing, sponsorship, and fundraising that assisted local artist Lil Quan with going to BET 106NPark twice.
She has a proven record of designing business development projects within the mental health industry, non-profit agencies, the entertainment industry, as well as the toilet paper industry. All of her experiences have allowed her to effectively operate as CEO of J.D.LEWIS GROUP, and she continues to work toward building the organization into one of the top public relations firms and event management companies in Bermuda.
