Dear Miss Lyons Having spoken to you in the previous week you assured me that you will be willing to take part in our AS media studies film, however we will need you to sign the below form so we have a written agreement and understanding in writing.You will be notified of when and where you’ll be needed to film and what will be required from you and it will be a great help if you could attend these filming sessions.To make you feel comfortable in your role we previously discussed to film at your house and would need to do so this Sunday (13th March 2011) if that is still possible.As mother of our main character we will need you to sign his permission slip too as he is under the age to give consent for himself
