Sheet metal Designs• Design bendable sheet metal to specifications.• Produce Flat Patterns for sheet metal parts for break

operations and accurate raw cut material.• Build assembly consisting of sheet metal parts.• Provide weight for sheet metal parts and assemblies.

Weldments Designs• Produce designs that accommodate the

fabrication world.• Designs will contain on model dimensions and

quantity stamps for easy assembly.• To assist the on model dimensions, the drawings

will contain an accurate cut list chart showing the quantities and dimensions for the fabricated product.

FEA Designs• Perform finite element analysis on singular

structures. i.e. I-Beam, Pipe, etc.• Create a mesh followed by stress and

displacement results.• Can choose from a list of different materials

for which multiple tests can be performed. • Provide your idea along with requirements

and I will provide best possible solution.
