THE ABOVE IS BASED ON THE TWO UNITS OF IST STAGE IN LOAD CONTROL.

THE ABOVE VALUES FOR THE DEMAMND GENERATED BASED ON THE COMPRESSOR CURVES AS SHOWN BELOW

BASED ON THE ABOVE DEMAND (LOAD) SET POINTS, EXTRAPOLATION HAS BEEN DONE FROM SPEED VS DISCHARGE FLOW, SPEED VS DISCHARGE PRESSURE AND SPEED VS DISCHARGE TEMPERATURE.

THIS EXTRAPOLATION POINTS ARE DERIVED FROM COMPRESSOR CURVES.

THE SIMULATION COMPRESSOR IS BROUGHT TO THE LOADING CONDITION WHEN NEITHER OF THE COMPRESSOR WAS RUNNING, THE DEMAND WAS HIGH I.E 180MBAR.

WHEN T1 UNIT IS READY TO LOAD, THE DEMAND SET POINT WAS 94.34 MBAR. THE SET POINT WAS GRADUALLY DECREASSED FROM 180 TO 94.34 MBAR .BASED ON DEMAND THE SPEED AND DISCHARGE CHANGED TO 105% OF PT SPEED (6825 RPM) ,DISCHARGE PRESSURE WAS 32 BAR.

THEN UNIT T2 WAS BROUGHT TO LOADING CONDITION, THE DEMAND CHANGED FROM 94.34 MBAR TO 66.61 M BAR FROM MCP GRADUALLY.CORRESPONDINGLY T1 STARTED TO DECREASE THE SPEED OF PT SHAFT FROM 6825 RPM TO 6510 RPM AND UNIT T2 PT SHAFT INCREASED TO 6510 RPM.

NOTE THE FLOW MBAR MEASURED BY BOTH THE UNITS WAS COMING TO NEARLY EQUAL TO MCP DEMAND GENERATED .I.E 165 M BAR.THE SNAP S
