    MOTION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING AND MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT

    Maureen G. McDonnell, by and through undersigned counsel, respectfully moves this

    Honorable Court to continue her sentencing hearing to a date after February 16, 2015 that is

    convenient to the Court. In support thereof, Mrs. McDonnell states as follows:

    1. Mrs. McDonnells sentencing is presently scheduled for January 6, 2015at 10:00

    am.

    2. Mrs. McDonnells counsel is scheduled to begin a jury trial on that same date,

    January 6, 2015 at 9:00 am, in United States v. Joseph Sigelman, Crim. No. 14-263-1 (JEI) in the

    United States District Court for the District of New Jersey before the Honorable Joseph E.

    Irenas. A true and correct copy of the Courts Order setting the trial date in that matter is

    attached as Exhibit A.

    3. The scheduled trial date appears to be firm and there is no reason to expect a

    postponement at this time.

    4. The trial in United States v. Joseph Sigelmanis expected to last between three to

    five weeks.

    The United States has been notified of this request and takes no position with respect to

    the requested continuance. A proposed order is included for the convenience of the Court.
