Introduction

Dear Applicant,

I‘m very happy to see that you are reading this application. It means that you are

ready to stand up for AIESEC for the Czech Republic and for something you believe

in. Being a part of national team is fun as well as hard work. It brings a

responsibility and I believe that you are brave enough to take it in order to move

our entity forward.

Right now you have the opportunity to be a part of the team that will lead this

movement for next term. It will be up to you to ensure that youth leadership is

being developed every day in every young person in the Czech Republic.

Application Questionnaire

There are 2 parts of questions: General, Specific

• General questions – Applicant must answer all questions (4 Questions)

• Specific questions – There are 5 blocks of questions:

- Customer Experience Enablers

- Customer Experience Youth

- Organizational Brand

- Organizational Health and Sustainability

- Network Management

Applicant must choose 4 questions from one block and answer those questions. Beside this,

applicant must choose 1 question from each remaining blocks and answer those questions.

In total applicant will answer 8 specific questions (4+1+1+1+1=8 Questions).

Application questionnaire can consist of max 10 pages including cover page, max A3 size

3. As we are working with merged Facebook page, suggest its best possible usage and

draft of content plan for one month of the next term.

4. Name 3 AIESEC entities with GCPs for Digital Marketing that we could use in Czech

Republic - one GCP per entity.

5. What is your opinion about having external company for some of our marketing

activities (in detail)?

6. Create a timeline of your biggest PR activities and mention the peaks that you want to

2. What GCPs from growing entities would be useful for us in terms of OD Model? How

can we use them in our entity?

3. Please evaluate all LCs and create long term growth strategies for each LC.

4. What does it mean to you to have all LCs being sustainable? And how do you perceive

AIESEC in the Czech Republic in terms of sustainability currently?

5. What are the main financial and legal risks that can affect AIESEC in the Czech Republic

in near future? How would you minimize/avoid the impact of them on the organization?

6. Can you assess the implementation of finance standards in AIESEC in the Czech

Republic? Based on your answer, how would you ensure the full implementation of

finance standards in every LC?

7. How do you perceive the membership criteria in our entity? How would you ensure the

connection between OD model and membership criteria?

sure that we deliver 100 % of Team Standards in every single LC and team in the entity?
