    In observance of Memorial Day the Petroleum Club will be closed Monday, May 25th.

    The Board of Directors emphasizes the importance of maintaining the dignity and tastefulness of the Club at all times, Members are encouraged to dress in a manner befitting a

    distinguished organization, showing respect for the Club and fellow members.


    Shorts, flip flops, and inappropriate clothing are not permitted in the Club at any time. Hats must be checked at the front desk. When bringing guests to dine at the Club, we ask that you make them aware of the dress code policy.

    Petroleum Club Members! We are so pleased to announce the reopening of our Clubhouse with a few changes to keep everyone safe as we slowly get back to our everyday lives.

    Beginning Friday, May 1st, our clubhouse will resume normal operating hours. Our Balcones Main Dining Room and our Roughnecks/Drawworks Grill will be open for member dining with some minor adjustments.

    • All buffets are suspended until further notice. • Menus will be provided for our members to order the usual buffet items we have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. • Parties must maintain at least 6 feet apart from other parties at all times. • No tables of more than 6 people. • Face coverings are required when in the common areas of the club. Face coverings may be removed when seated at your table.

    For your safety, the Club has adopted the following internal protocols: • Hand sanitizing station is available upon entry to the club. • All employees have been retrained on appropriate cleaning and disinfection, hand hygiene, and respiratory etiquette. • All employees are screened upon entry to the club (temperatures are taken, employees sent home if they exhibit any

    possible symptoms of infection) • Employees must wash or sanitize their hands between interactions with members. • Employees are required to wear face coverings and gloves while on duty. • Disinfection of all items that come in contact with members after each group departs.
