HALEY H. OSERDPH Student
Hi Bruner club!
I’m Haley Oser! I moved here from Denver in December 2011 to begin the Doctor of Plant Health (DPH) program. Being a Colorado native I enjoy hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and snowboarding.
I have entered the program with a B.S. from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I majored in biology and minored in chemistry. My focus during my undergraduate degree was in the botanical sciences. I took classes in all the multiple disciplines that pertain to plant health. When I found the DPH program I felt as though as it was a perfect fit for my continuing educational goals. Some areas in which I would like to utilize my education are in urban and peri-urban farming projects as well as barley production for brewing/distilling and grape production for enology.
I’m looking forward to meeting all of you! Thank you, Haley Oser
