If you want to be retweeted consider reducing your post to enough characters to include your twitter handle with RT in front of it.
Example: RT @nofussacctng is a total of 16 characters so my tweets should be kept to 124 if I want followers to RT me without any liberal editing.
Organize your content and save for future or scheduled posts

Power in Numbers
Facebook: Set up a List of WBOC or any other “Networking” group
Twitter: Lists – you can manage these on the twitter site or via dashboards like hootsuite (I use hootsuite)
Linkedin – No real way to filter the update feed by a list
You just need to scan the feed for posts to react to
