Career History: Company: G4S Cash Solutions Title: Operations Manager Period Oct 2014 - Present G4S Cash Solutions specialise in managing cash on behalf of financial institutions including cash transportation, high security cash centres, counting and reconciling cash, fitness sorting of notes for use in automated teller machines (ATMs), counterfeit detection and removal, redistribution of cash to bank branches, ATMs and retail customers. I currently manage operations for a London region and major airport for G4S Cash Solutions, specialising in the security and transportation of high value goods and cash to a large customer base throughout this area, and providing national transportation of special cargos. I am responsible for the leadership and development of the local management teams that support the day to day operations, the transport management team, and an employee base of c.130 staff.

Communications Manager / Business Continuity Manager (2011 to April 2012): Responsible for authoring & managing divisional business continuity plans and processes for a Policing Division of over 600 staff, this included the Police business continuity planning for nuclear guarding; the role involved building business continuity awareness, partnership liaison, risk assessing loss of services, local training and facilitating business continuity workshops. The process was in line with BS 25999 and I was accredited through the MoD training programme which is also in line with BS 25999.
Operational Policing - Sergeant / Inspector (2008 to 2011) Management of day to day policing service delivery, teams & resources; management of incidents, including first response and intelligence led responses, protection of the general public and emergency service co-ordination; event planning & command support, including major events where co-ordination with numerous partner agencies would be required; the development of staff and
