Use the Market Watch Widget

“Market Watch” is a Matrix Widget that displays status and price changes for

listings within a specified property type and timeframe

Market Watch is located on the Dashboard (Home Tab)

Select Property Type And / Or Timeframe

To view results, click on the

status type

Example:

Click on the “Back on Market” status

to view listings that came back on

market

The desired results will present

To select a different change type, click the Market Watch dropdown
