They have been specifically put in this revision group which is focused on their needs at this time. Regular practise is really important in maths if a learner is to maintain their performance, so even if your child has been predicted their target grade, it is still vital that they attend. The revision session, held on Tuesday 26 th May and will start at 10.00am – 12.00noon with Mrs Fyfe Jones, and will ensure that learners are confident in their understanding of key topics. In addition to this, your child will have been given a past paper to practice over the holiday. If they did not collect this paper from their teacher, then they can collect one on the revision day. Can we take this opportunity to remind parent/carers of the information that was sent out at Christmas; all learners should have their own scientific calculator to bring to the exam in Monday 8 th June. Please make sure that your child attends this session as we consider it a key component, along with independent practise, to ensuring success in the upcoming exam.
