Perencanaan Klinik

● Core Business RS, fokus Rencana Strategi Bisnisnya pada aktivitas pelayanan. Sehingga Visi RS harus diterjemahkan menjadi strategi berdasar hasil penilaian terhadap kebutuhan Customer dan pemberi subsidi.

● Rencana Strategi Bisnis bisa diaplikasikan pada tingkat RS maupun pada tingkat unit kerja misal untuk membuka layanan baru.
