Business concept - HusseOur business concept is simple: we want to make life easier for our customers!

The reason to choose Husse: Pick Husse and you make sure your pet gets all its nutritional needs satisfied and you get the heavy bag delivered home for free. Also, if you have any questions you will receive a professional answer by the Husse representative.

Customers should not have to carry heavy bags nor travel far to specialized shops in order to buy high quality food for their pets. Instead the customer simply places his/her order online, by phone, fax or e-mail. The local franchisee will then deliver the products to the client, where the delivery cost is built into the price.

Master LicenseeAs a Master Licensee for Netherlands you obtain complete and exclsuive rights to use the Husse trademark, franchise system and product range throughout the country. You will also be ordering your products straight from the factory at production price. The fac-tories will prepare the pallets, but you have to be responsible for the transport to your warehouse. You should also prepare an office, preferably next to your warehouse, and a show room where you will be training, as well as recruiting, franchisees.

FranchiseeAs a Master Licensee your objective will be to create a network of Franchisees where you offer them the exclusive rights for their local area. The Franchisees are usually responsible for an area of 20.000 dogs and cats (approx. 50.000 households), which could be a small town, village or a part of a town. The Franchisees picks up their orders from your warehouse for further distribution and they are responsible for their own stock management.

We also prepare the annual conferences where we have ongoing training in sales, nutrition, marketing, exchange experi-ences and new ideas.

We care for the environment and animalsCare for the environment and animals is our BUSINESS PHILOSPOHY. We try to reduce our impact on the environment in any way we can, e.g. shorter transportation routes, using trains when shipping products as much as possible, purchasing “tuna-safe” fish only, centralized logistics by having our main warehouse in the centre of Europe (Belgium) and by developing natural products such as our cat litter or poop bags made of corn.

Also, some of our Master Licensees are very active in organizing charities and events in the name of a cause, e.g. to raise money for dog shelter or for homeless cats. Events like these also generate good press, marketing and image.
