a truly stunning Wedding video that you can

About Me Tom Barry

If I'm to be part of your

special day, it's only fair that

you know a little about me!

As far back as I can remember I've

always been shooting video. From using

an old tape camera to make clay-

animated films for school and generally

messing around, I just loved tinkering

with a video camera and was fascinated

with recording a moment.

I finally took the plunge into

professional videography after my own

Wedding in 2016.

Along with our closest family and

friends, we jetted off to beautiful

Mexico. I couldn't have wished for a

more perfect Wedding day, despite the

spot of rain we had just minutes before

the ceremony!

I filmed the entire day using a GoPro

and a tripod, and managed to capture

so many special memories. It was when

I got home, edited the footage and

shared it with friends and family that I

realised just how amazing it was to have

the day on video. From the speeches,

my reaction to seeing Katie in her

stunning dress, all the way down to

little things people said throughout the

day. It was absolutely priceless to me.

I was on a Wedding buzz! I then

thought, "I could do this for other

people!", and so the adventure began.

Although my kit's now a tad more

advanced than a GoPro and a tripod,

the principals are the same. To preserve

the moments that make the wedding

day the happiest day of our lives.

Your Wedding Firstly, congratulations on being engaged! I know for me it was an extremely exciting time in our

relationship. Taking the next steps and planning your big day can be daunting; we want it to be perfect.

We all have in mind the usual items to tick off the list: Dress, venue, suits, cake, and photographer. But

what about the videographer?

Nothing captures a wedding day better than seeing and hearing everything as it happened. Once

recorded, the day is truly yours forever. Smiles, kisses, and words, preserved in all their beauty.

Photographs are great, but they capture a single moment. Video captures the whole moment.

Think of a wedding video as a lifetime investment, all those precious moments captured forever.

Why pick me? I'm really passionate about capturing your day in

all its beauty. From personal experience, I

understand how important it is to trust the

people you hire for your wedding day. I will work

with you, and for you, to ensure the day is

recorded exactly how it should be.

My style is to capture events with beauty, charm,

and elegance, with all the polish you would

expect from a professional wedding video. I use

multiple cameras to record those moments that

simply cannot be captured again. I aim to be as

un-intrusive as possible; I'm doing my job

properly if you're immersed in your own day and

not having to worrying about cameras.

I believe that a beautiful wedding video

encompasses everything about the day, so I'll be

capturing all the finer detail from the venue to

your guests, as well as the main events.

Quite simply, I want your video to be a stunning

as it can possibly be.

The Wedding Package I am to deliver as much as possible in one simple package. This ensures you get the stunning

coverage your amazing day deserves. Apart from a few little optional extras, everything is

included for one price in the Wedding Package, which is £599.

Full Day Shoot

I’ll be with you from morning until evening,

getting all those special memories captured.

Full Wedding Video

From getting ready in the morning to the

dancing at night, I will capture your Wedding

day and edit this into a video lasting around

45 minutes. This will include the ceremony,

speeches, first dance and everything in

between.

Highlight Video

You will receive a 3-4 minute highlight video

of your special day. I will hand pick stunning

shots and moments to create a gorgeous

video, perfect for sharing with family and

friends over social media.

Video Delivery

I shoot in full 1080p HD and your Wedding

videos will be presented to you on a

personalised Blu-Ray disc or USB

presentation box.

Travel

Travel costs are included for the East

Midlands region, but please get in touch if

you are farther afield as I'd hate to miss

out on your big day!

Music

The music used in your video will be

sourced from a fully licensed music

platform. The cost for this is included in

the Wedding Package.

Insurance

I’m fully insured to shoot video at any

location (Apart from under water!). My

public liability insurance certificate is

available on request.

Two Camera Coverage

I provide single shooter, two-camera

coverage of the day. This is fantastic for

the ceremony, speeches and first dance.

Personalised Service

I like to meet the happy couple prior to any

Wedding. This helps me get to know you

and tailor my services to your needs. I feel

this is important if I’m to be trusted to film

your day!

What’s the plan? Pre-Wedding Meeting

Following the payment of your deposit, I’ll arrange to meet with you both in person. Here I will get as

much detail about your day as possible and answer any questions you have for me. I’ll take contact

details of your Wedding co-ordinator and other vendors so I can get in touch with them prior to the

day.

Wedding Day

No Wedding day is the same, and the way I video your special day will be very different to someone

else’s. I’ll discuss locations and times with you in the Pre-Wedding meeting. Generally, I’ll arrive early

in the morning to start capturing the venue, and then leave around 30 minutes after the first dance.

And of course, in between this I’ll be capturing all the big moments.

Editing and Production

I will take away the hours of footage from your day and turn it into two beautiful videos. This

process is time consuming and requires attention to detail, this ensures the videos are visually

stunning and flow well.

Video Delivery

This is the best part! You will be the first to view any of the videos I produce. Your videos will be

delivered on a personalised Blu-Ray disc or USB presentation box.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you create our videos, and how long will it take?

The editing process can be long and thorough; this is to ensure your

videos are as beautiful as can be. The editing process includes

selecting music, synchronising audio with video, colour grading and

trimming the videos. I aim to deliver the Highlight Video (Online)

within 10 days of your Wedding day, and the Full Wedding Video and

physical Blu-Ray/USB within 10 weeks.

How and when do we pay?

Once I have confirmed your chosen date is available, and after

completion of the booking form, a non-refundable deposit of £100

secures your date. The final balance will then be due at least 4 weeks

prior to your Wedding date. Payments can be made by cheque or

bank transfer.

What areas will you travel to?

I am based in Derby, Derbyshire. I mainly cover the East Midlands

region, which would include Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire,

Leicestershire, and Staffordshire. I am open to travelling anywhere

within the UK, although areas outside the East Midlands region may

incur an extra charge which I’ll fully discuss with you prior to booking.
