What does the candidate gain out of the

internship?

Opportunity to work for a multinational company.

3 days extensive training on research skills and

techniques..

Opportunity to work on a live research project and

gaining key insights.

Monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000.

Internship process

Advanced Training on equity and industry research

skills will be provided to the interns lasting 3 days.

The training program will also involve career aspects

including developing key soft skills. The training will

be conducted with expert faculty drawn from

Marmore and outside.

Candidates will be assessed at the end of training

program regarding assimilation of concepts taught.

Rewards will be instituted for candidates or teams

showing the best zeal and understanding.

Candidates will be closely monitored over the

internship period for their commitment, involvement

and delivery of promised results. Upon the

completion of the training Interns will be assigned to

Marmore analysts for guidance, supervision and

execution. Marmore analysts will in turn coordinate

with Manager Research for final sign off.

Expected deliverables

The intern will complete all agreed deliverables

before he/she is released from the internship

program of Marmore. Interns can contact the

analysts assigned to them in case they are facing

technical issues while producing reports. Failure to

fulfil deliverables will attract penalties including a

letter to the institution about the lack of timely

completion

Selection process

Online test: The applicants will be asked to take an

online test which will be a set of multiple choice

questions based on finance and economics concepts.

1st Interview: Those candidates who have cleared

the online test, based on the location of the

candidate, will be interviewed either face to face,

telephonic or skype by an analyst from Marmore.

2nd Interview: Shortlisted candidates, based on the

location of the candidate, will be interviewed either

face to face, telephonic or skype by the Manager of

Research at Marmore.

Publishing the final list of candidates.

Logistics

The intern is expected to possess a personal laptop

with MS Office installed and a reliable internet

connection since there may be requirements for the

intern to work from home. Marmore will not be

providing laptops/separate internet connection to

selected candidates.

Since Marmores office is based out of Chennai,

outstation candidates are expected to arrange

accommodation on their own. Marmore will not be

providing accommodation facilities.
