Manage the training for the flight operations crew scheduling group after classroom training. Duties

include training new personnel on how to problem solve various situations which can include flight

delays, change of crew and cost savings for the company. Excellent communication skills, strong

organization and listening skills are required in order to be able to train the personnel properly in a

lucrative and intense environment. Multi-line phone and computer usage at all times to be able to

keep the airline and their crew working properly and efficiently.

Operations Support Specialist (January 07,2013 –December 2013)

C.A.T. (Coteau du Lac, P.Q.)

Manage the operations office during off hours. Trace pickups and deliveries for various truck drivers

and ensure proactive communication of any transportation delays. Work with the shippers,

consignees, load planners and drivers to ensure that service requirements are being met in a timely

fashion. Heavy phone volume and quick problem solving was required. Strong client relations was a

must.

Crew Scheduling Specialist – Flight Operations (2004-2012)

Air Canada (Saint-Laurent, P.Q) Monitor daily and future flight crew requirements and re-schedule if necessary. Provide effective and

timely communication with all flight crews as it relates to the scheduling or re-scheduling activity.

agreement and C.A.R. regulations, and ensure that crew members have stayed in compliance with all

Manage employees both in crew scheduling and flight attendant groups and the operations within the

Kingdom. This included ensuring that the yields met the guidelines set for the cargo division in

maximizing the cargo per flights. Ensure that the allocations set up for the year were used and

guidelines met. Communication with the sales staff system-wide to assist with their requirements.

Crew Scheduler Inflight Service (1988 – 1996)

Air Canada (Saint-Laurent, P.Q) Worked with the inflight crew to ensure the scheduling and re-scheduling requirements were met in

a timely and efficient manner. Coordinated crew hotels and other alternative travel arrangements as

needed. Monitored daily flights and crew requirements to ensure the operation ran smoothly and no
