Duties include managing the crew member schedules based on nationality, language and business
requirements. Liaise with the Revenue Management departments for required planning and

Crew Scheduler (December 2014 – July, 2015)
Miami Air Inc. (Miami, Florida))- Salary at departure 45,000 year
Duties include monitoring the daily flight requirements for the Pilots and Inflight crew for a very
intense and busy charter operation. Provide effective and timely communication with all flight crews
as it relates to the scheduling or re-scheduling activity. Ensure that crew members have stayed in
compliance with all flight and duty time limits and take measure to correct if needed. Compile
information and prepare reports of the operations for management. In addition, work closely with
the travel department and other operational departments so that all the pertinent information is
communicated in a timely fashion.
Crew Scheduling Training Manager (June 2014 –November 2014)
Air Canada (Toronto, Ontario)- Salary at departure- 72,500 CAD per year
Manage the training for the flight operations crew scheduling group after classroom training. Duties
include training new personnel on how to problem solve various situations which can include flight
delays, change of crew and cost savings for the company. Excellent communication skills, strong
organization and listening skills are required in order to be able to train the personnel properly in a
lucrative and intense environment. Multi-line phone and computer usage at all times to be able to
keep the airline and their crew working properly and efficiently.
Operations Support Specialist (January 07,2013 –December 2013)

Manage the operations office during off hours. Trace pickups and deliveries for various truck drivers
and ensure proactive communication of any transportation delays. Work with the shippers,
