ROYAL BAFOKENG PLATINUM HELIOS TOURS AFRICAI am currently responsible for uploading and updating the authorisation Systems. Uploading new users and sending Authorisation Forms on for approval as required, Registering users to access the system, password resets, Referring clients to book training and providing training as well as updating training information of users who attended the course, changing and configuring connection documents, Remotely Installing and configuring Programmes, Support in Procurement environment for Anglo American (Platinum) as well as Royal Bafokeng (Platinum) and all Business Partners. EHL, DRA, MDM, Worleyparsons. Working with other departments within Anglo / Royal Bafoken and Netfactor to resolve problems on both Procurement and on server level and providing feedback to the user and other departments. I also deal with VPN connections from the Royal Bafokeng side(Anglo Platinum)HP Open View Service Centre Logging Calls on the users behalf for all IT Related Problems, as well as Managing Calls Assigned to me.I have been added to new projects as a service desk administrator using Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, I am responsible for managing the service desk for an international company Helios Towers Africa who supporting telecoms growth by providing mobile network operators and data network provider. My responsibility is to log calls assign calls as well as managing, update and closing calls. I also provide training on the system to the onsite L1. There are numerous sites. London UK Head office, Ghana, DRC, Tanzania, Chad, CongoB. I also do some level 1 support like creating user account as well as mailboxes for new users granting them specified access as well as creating distribution groups and adding relevant members to the group. I am also responsible for managing the technicians to insure that they manage their calls according to SLA there for there is no calls violating in the system. We have also pulled in some other clients that Quinedge are doing IT support for into service desk so they can log their calls. Here is a list of these companies: Tidy Files, Denovo, Afrilek, Areva. I have also been completed a new project for Royal Bafokeng for new lines that has been installed from the Data Centre to all EPCM Business Partners BRPM, EHL, DRA, MDM, Worleyparsons. Dealing with Internet Solutions as the Service provider, providing all required information to IS as well as assisting EPCM IT departments with required information and assisting with the scheduling of site visits and the installations of lines. Insuring a successful cutover to the new lines also testing Lotus Notes and email to insuring there is no impact on business. This project was completed on time with no impact on business and no problems.Possibility of New Lotus Note contractThere is a possibility of a new contract with a mining company called RSV, planning is in the pipeline.

I would have the same duties and responsibilities as I do for Royal Bafokeng Platinum.Other functions include:

Delivering service on time, within budget but most importantly to the highest quality.

Building and maintain customer relationships and drive service delivery. Providing technical assistance to first line Support.

Providing strategic and operational reporting to clients to enable them to make informed decisions.

Arrange site visits to resolve persistent or high impact problems.I am strongly governance orientated and working together with colleagues to ensure best business practices are adhered to.
