IEME will be held at Tianjin Meijiang Convention& Exhibition Center during March 12nd-15 th,2015 , which

is also the main meeting place for summer Davos Forum .The organizing committee compiled this

Advertisement Manual ,including all the advertisement forms tie to this event, which will be the imputes

to your market publicity, brand promotion. We strongly advise you to reed this manual thoroughly, and

pay attention to all the deadlines in case of any inconveniences. If you have any issues, please contact

the staff as fallows. And we strongly recommend you to submit all materials in electronic edition for quick

and accurate application procedure.

Welcome to IEME

1.All advertisement have to submit 10 days advance(dated from entering date) in e-

edition or digital, less than 5 days will collect 30%-50% as surcharge.

2. All advertisement should abide by the Advertisement Law of PRC. No vague, false

and deceptive context in the advertisement. Exhibitors and advertisement provider

should bear the responsibility if disputes.

3. All advertisement release should approved by organizing committee and exhibition

center. Otherwise they have the right to stop or remove.

4. All advertisement with images or carrier should be installed by organizing committee

or exhibition center with 10% off the standard advertisement release fee.

5. If advertisement release with no fixed carrier(construction/vertical) will charge

advertisement fee at 200 CNY/ ㎡ indoor and 200 CNY/ ㎡ outdoor.

6. If advertisement carriers are needed in synchronous exhibition, this should negotiate

with organizing committee and exhibition center. Otherwise it’s unless.
