Thisinteractive self-study session will putinto perspective the rapid decline invitamin D status in the United States;the implications of vitamin D insuffi-ciency on skeletal, inflammatory,and metabolic health among the pop-ulation; and practical guidelines forhow to get vitamin D from diet, sunexposure, and supplements.
