Next, this happened: Gru follows el macho to his secret hide away, where he discovers his minions have been captured and injected with px-41.

Finally, the problem was solved: Gru and Lucy work together to rid the world of el macho. they inject the minions with an antidote that returns them to normal.

So the character came home, changed for the better: Gru returns home to marry Lucy, making his family complete and rejecting a life of crime once and for all.
