The“Zerk-Lock grease fitting adapter permanently clamps to the head of any grease fitting including metric sizes.The adapter simplyfies the installation of remote plumbed tubes to the lube point. No need to worry about matchinggrease fitting thread sizes or struggling to remove difficult fittings.

1. Position Zerk-Lockover grease fitting.

2. Lock the Zerk-Lockonto the grease fittingusing a hammer and astaking tool–a 3/8”driftpunch or 3/8” diam. round bar.

3. Thread a tube fittingwith a 1/8” NPT male thread fully into theZerk-Lock

4. Install tube into tubefitting.
