The Spanish Possessions

• What:– Oregon Country didn’t have an exact boundary;

• When: – Spanish Government signed the Adams-Ohnis

Treaty of 1819. – This treaty created the exact South West

boundary of Oregon and marked the dividing line of the Spanish territory below it.

went and fought there during the War of 1812

– Spain signed over Florida is the Adams-Ohnis Treaty as well.
