There is a surcharge of additional USD 12/- per person for the arrival and departure transfers from 2200 hrs to 0700 hrs.

Departure pick up time is 4 hours prior flight time

SIC transfers are available for pick up between 0600 hrs-1800 hrs only. For other timings, private transfer charges are applicable

Only 2 standard-size luggages are allowed per person. More than that extra charges are applicable

Some hotels cannot take more than 3 persons in a room. This depends from hotel to hotel

Standard check in time at all hotels is after 1500 hrs and Standard check out time is 1200 hrs

Early check in and late check are not guaranteed at any hotels and can be at an additional / supplement charge by the hotel for an extra night / extra

day. This again depends form hotel to hotel

Double/Twin/Inter connecting/ same floor are all subject to availability upon check in and not guaranteed

The Malaysian government has implemented Tourism Tax from 1st September, 2017 based on per room per night basis at the rate of MYR 10

per person per day for all hotels. The taxes have to be paid directly at time of check in by each person

For all airport arrivals, waiting time upon flight arrival time is maximum 1 hour. If flight is late and driver has to wait, there are additional charges of
