The apartments would contain all the modern facilities and amenities, so that the residents can live a lavish and luxurious life. L OCATION Mahagun Moderne is located in Sec-78 Noida, which is near Sector 50, a fully inhabited locality. Famous “Atta market” in Noida is just 7kms away from the residential complex. There are various SEZs and a proposed metro station in the neighborhood of the residential complex. This sector is expected to develop further in future, thus increasing the probability of price appreciation. F  ACILITIES  The facilities that would be provided in Mahagun Moderne include Amphitheatre, Jogging Park, Waiting Lounge, Car Parking, Yoga and Meditation Garden, 24 Hours Water Supply, 100% Power backup, and Provision of Broadband and D.T.H. Service. Around 80% of the plot is open. There will be good flow of light and air in all the apartments. Thus, an individual would be able to enjoy fresh air and natural light. We believe that due to its good amenities and nice surroundings, Mahagun Moderne would become a good place to live in. V  ALUE FOR MONEY  Mahagun Moderne is offering its apartments under three different plans, viz Construction Link Plan (CLP), Flexi Plan (FP) and Down Payment Plan (DP). Also, the rates differ according to low rise and high rise plans. Other charges such as EDC, IDC, IBMS, Parking, Maintenance and PLC etc are applicable. The basic selling price ranges from Rs. 2,486 per sq.ft. to Rs. 3,200 per sq.ft. Area ranges from 1,250 sq.ft. to 3,825 sq.ft. So, the total cost for one apartment would range from Rs. 37 lacs to Rs. 1.5 crores. We believe that as compared to other similar projects, the prices are slightly on the higher side.
