Developed and implemented individualized and computerized treatment plans for psychiatric in-patients for use by multidisciplinary team. Procured computer system at no cost to hospital. Innovative response to regulatory compliance situation.
Developed and implemented computerized management variance report for geriatric unit which generated the weekly and monthly data required by contract company. Report was then used by company in nation-wide geriatric units for reporting purposes. Saved hundreds of man-hours for managers during the fiscal year.
Developed and implemented computerized event requisition form which identified (with drop down menus) date/time, venue, food and beverage quantities, audio/visual/stage requirements, supplies, etc. which was saved to a shared drive and continues to be used.
Developed tri-fold admission brochure for safe and cost effective use on psychiatric units which was implemented in multiple hospitals after my resignation.
Developed and implemented very effective behavior modification program for inpatient psychiatric units using a simple token economy at no cost to the hospital. Provided means for poor patients to procure clothing and household items while providing tax deductions for staff who donated.
