When to order your wedding invitations can sometimes be a little tricky. You don’t want to rush the process, you want to enjoy it! Allow enough time for a custom designed invitation to be created just for you! You also need time to receive your order, address the invitations and mail them to your guests.

Here is a very helpful calendar for when you should have your invitations designed and printed, sent out, and when you should set your RSVP date.

For Reception Stationery such as Seating Charts, its best to send the seating arrangements to madeline’s at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. This allows enough time for design, any last minute changes and then off to the printers!

For menu design, send the menu to madeline’s as soon as you confirm it. We can work on the design and send you a proof to review!
