BoardroomThe MAC boardroom offers a beautiful meeting space on our 6th floor. With stunning views over Saint Anne’s Square and the city landmarks beyond, the Boardroom is an inspirational setting equipped with state of the art technology.The room accommodates 12 people comfortably around a large bespoke square table, with full video-conferencing facilities, projection screens and WiFi access. To keep you and your team energised, we also offer delicious catering options delivered to the room – from coffee and cupcakes, to a three course gourmet lunch.

Downstairs at the MACOur 350 seat theatre, that we call Downstairs at the MAC, is an adaptable, modern theatre space for a truly show-stopping event. Seating is tiered and retractable, so we can accommodate any number of set-up styles to suit your event. As you’d expect, the theatre is fully equipped with the latest technology in sound and lighting. Our expert in-house technical team can create an atmosphere to enhance the mood of your launch, conference, meeting or workshop.

Ideal for product launches, workshop sessions, or team-building days, our bright and airy workshop spaces are based on the 4th floor. Featuring floor to ceiling windows, the Works and the Hub overlook Saint Anne’s Square. The spaces can be used on their own, or in conjunction with one another to keep your party close together.

The WorksThe Works is a spacious room that includes an interactive white-board and projector for groups to host practical sessions, presentations and brain-storming. The Works can seat up to 60 people, in a number of seating options.

Right next door to the Works sits the Hub – a unique room with dark timber flooring, comfortable furniture and lots of space. Equipped with a built-in data projector, this is a true multi-purpose space ideal for groups of 30-40 people.

Location: The MAC is in Saint Anne’s Square (right behind the Cathedral and beside the University of Ulster) in Belfast’s bustling Cathedral Quarter. Our main entrance is off the square, but you can also pop in via Exchange Street West.

By car: You can park securely at Saint Anne’s Square multi-storey car park, which is on Edward Street right beside the MAC.By bus: The nearest bus stop is at the University of Ulster, York Street. Services to this stop include the Airport Express 300 to Belfast International Airport.By train: Great Victoria Street or Yorkgate station are the handiest.
