The course covers basic food safety, personal hy- giene, cross contamination and allergies, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitation in classroom sessions. It will be taught 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, and 8 a.m.-noon on Saturday, Dec. 14. Certification testing is scheduled for 6-10 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17.
