Casa Iseami, a LEED designed home, has won numerous awards for sustainability and design. The house is 100% self sustainable and generates its own power from solar panels and a Pelton wheel turbine, allowing for a comfortable but limited supply of energy. The two story, three bedroom, three bath house has two king beds upstairs and one queen bed downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room is spaciously designed with ample seating, cable TV, and a DVD player.

The beautiful upstairs wrap-around balcony has a dining room table that seats 12.

Downstairs is a deck outfitted with chaise lounges, massage table, hammock, and a dining table overlooking the pool.

The versatile first floor area can be used for relaxation such as yoga, meditation, and massage or for entertainment.

Daily maid service is included as well as transportation to and from the local airport in Puerto Jimenez (45 minutes away) or to the close-by private airstrip locate in Carate (two minutes away).

Half an hour away is Matapalo Beach with world class surfing and spectacular views.

Boats can be chartered at Golfo Dulce (45 minutes away) to enjoy a day of deep sea fishing on the country’s beautiful Pacific Coast.

The distribution of the house looks for a new way of living where all the activities have the possibility to be developed outside, this way the integration between the interior and the exterior become succesfull and natural, creating possibilities to enjoy nature on its original state as much as the occupants desires it.Iseami House is the result of an investigation during the design process of a tropical house built on a remote and difficult site in which the main objective was to promote the benefit of the well being of the community and its occupants, all thru an emergent tropical architecture concept.

Corcovado National ParkIs a National Park on the Osa Peninsula in Osa, southwestern Costa Rica, which is part of the Osa Conservation Area. It was established on 24 October 1975, and encompasses an area of 424 square kilometres. It is the largest park in Costa Rica and protects about a third of the Osa Peninsula.

It is widely considered the crown jewel in the extensive system of national parks and biological reserves spread across the country. The ecological variety is quite stunning. National Geographic has called it "THE MOST BIOLOGICALLY INTENSE PLACE ON EARTH IN TERMS OF BIODIVERSITY". Not only is the park very popular with tropical ecologists, a visitor can expect to see an abundance of wildlife.

Matapalo Beach

The coastal village of Cabo Matapalo is located at the outermost point of the Osa Peninsula, in the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Regarded as a heavenly sanctuary, Matapalo is a secluded place encompassed by tropical rain forests and a vast ocean. The area houses a cluster of glorious beaches, awesome surf spots and whole lot sublime greenery. It is located nearby the famous nature reserve, Corcovado National Park, facilitating visitors a chance to explore one of the most wonderful jungles of the country. Matapalo is home to various tropical birds, particularly macaws, and a large number of Howler monkeys.

Golfo Dulce

Is a gulf in Costa Rica, located at the South of the Province of Puntarenas. The inlet starts on the Pacific Ocean side of Costa Rica and extends slightly northward before turning west. The most westward part is at the city of Rincon. The bay separates the Osa Peninsula from the mainland Costa Rica. In the northeast part of the gulf is the Piedras Blancas National Park (former Corcovado National Park extension), with its 14,000 hectares, of protected rainforest as well as an important marine area to protect the needle-fish.
