My friend, love is the mightiest force in the universe. And when I say this, what do you think this force represents? Of course, this force is God, because God is love. He has given us free will, and he does not interfere. There is only one law that we know of, and that is the law of cause and effect. This law is universal. You reap what you sow. Keep this in mind, because if you sow love, you will reap love. Love binds us together, and when we reach for the high-est, we reach for love. Above all, cultivate love, and in love you will find all the good things in life: peace, honesty, your inner self, be-cause the Almighty has planted the seed inside you. We know our mission and our ultimate goal. That’s why we are coming to you. To tell you this, this beautiful, glo-rious message that we survive the physical death, that we are spiritual beings and that love is everything, love is all there is.

The Writer & Trance medium In 2009 I wrote the book ‘Across the Borderline – If I only knew - Life after death’. Five years before, I had started my spiritual journey. I was not aware and rather sceptical about spirituality and life after death before my journey commenced. Actually, I didn´t give my religion of Christianity much thought until I one day grabbed a book from my bookshelf, an afterlife book inherited from my deceased uncle. To my surprise, something struck me, and I said to myself: What on earth is this? - Com-munication with dead people? Was it just fiction? Many questions came to my mind, and when there is something that concerns my own life and death, I, and I suppose all of us, surely would like to know what to expect. I usually explore questionable theories that catch my in-terest until I have an answer I feel comfortable with. That is what I did. I travelled to England, Scotland and Swit-zerland attending séances of physical mediumship and witnessed materialisations of human form and psychic phenomena. The psychic forces levelled out the gravity force, and tables were tilted and levitated and also an-swered questions with the alphabet by knocks on the floor. I was amazed by these phenomena but, with my sceptical mind, I hesitated to believe even that which I saw with my physical eyes. We all know about illusion-ists. However, if this was real, I would like to know, but

how? I thought. Well, was there any other way than try-ing to achieve these phenomena myself? In one of the séances, I was told by a spirit from the other side of life, that I would be guided and helped if I chose to work with the spirit world. I was later informed that my spiritual guide for accomplishing the tasks was White Bear, who was a chief of the Lower Yanktonais at Stand-ing Rock and later an Indian Police Chief, better known as Tom Frosted. The deceased chieftain was born at Long Lake, Dakota Territory in 1859, making him 73 years of age at the time of his death. The testimonial about him given in the preface draws a picture of a man and a leader working for the welfare of the Indians, and at the same time building bridges of peace towards the white man. Clearly a man of honour I would like to have as a friend and spiritual guide in the spirit world. After many years of study within this field, I know that you need an abundance of patience over many years for your psychic abilities to develop and manifest. We estab-lished a group of three to five people and sat once a week, one to two hours, in total darkness for develop-ment. Darkness is prerequisite for developing physical mediumship and not much different from the fact that the baby develops in the womb of the mother, also in total darkness.

We were sitting around a small round tea table playing calm and beautiful music every Tuesday, and after half a year the table started to dance for us and give answers to our questions. It lifted itself up from the floor and re-sponded to our questions with one knock for yes, two knocks for no, three knocks for maybe and four knocks for don´t know. It´s quite overwhelming to feel a table coming up on your lap with a gentle slide, as though it’s trying to comfort you, when you ask for your loved ones. The table then answer your questions, as if they were there themselves. Yes, I know about telekinesis, but this is a table of six kilograms, behaving as with an intellect. This was surely not an illusion anymore. Communication with the table became enhanced with time. The energy that vitalised the table was stable and firm in the answers when love and humbleness between us prevailed. When there were ar-guments and disagreements, even very small, the table didn´t move at all. Obviously and from our own experi-ence, the energy created by thoughts of love is crucial for communication with the spirit world. Two years have passed since we first started with the table and the séances. In this period the trance communi-cation with White Bear developed. At first it was very difficult, since the energy that flows through your body does not manifest in the right manner. However, daily

meditation helped the trance process to manifest, and the book you hold in your hand now is the outcome of thirty minutes meditation each day for twenty-two days. Actu-ally, one subject was recorded each day in this period of daily meditations. Then, the last question that comes to my mind: How do I know that the following transcripts are not my own sub-conscious? I can say this. If I did not have the confirmation of the transcripts by White Bear through physical manifestation and communication with the table, I would not have pub-lished the transcripts of this book. Levelling out gravita-tion with a force unknown to this world and a table an-swering questions in a physical manner, speak for them-selves. For the sceptics I will add: What we believe to be true about physical manifestations is irrelevant. What you experience, annulling the possibility of illusion by doing it yourself, is reality.

Preface

The twenty-two transcripts of this book were recorded by the trance medium Jostein Strømmen in August and Sep-tember 2011. The communication is purported to come from White Bear, a/k/a Tom Frosted, who was a chief of the Lower Yanktonais at Standing Rock. He and his fam-ily is listed there in the 1876 census. The name Mato Ska/White Bear also appears in the 1885 records. There, he is listed in the Chief Eagle That Scares band of the Lower Yanktonais.

The last of the hereditary Yanktoni Chieftains, Mato-ska, or White Bear, better known to white men as Thomas Frosted, passed away at his spacious log cabin on the banks of the meandering Porcupine creek, six miles north of Fort Yates. He sought out the Happy Hunting Grounds early Tuesday morning after a lingering illness, which consumed the old Chieftain’s health to the very marrow.

Frosted has lived a very interesting life in the land of the once powerful Sioux. Born and reared on the prairie among his people, he led the life of a Sioux until early manhood at which time he became a friend of the whites and lived thereafter near the agency here. He served the "Grandfather" (Uncle Sam) in the role of Indian Police-man for more than two score years and at the time of his resignation was chief of that organization. White people must credit with due respect such a man who would join the white man and become a police official over his brothers who were for the most part at that time at war with the government.

The deceased chieftain was born at Long Lake, Dakota Territory in 1859, making him 73 years of age at the time of his death. His father was known as Standing Bull and his mother, Singing. He vividly recalled on frequent oc-casions the well known and much written about battle of Kildeer Mountains, in which General Sibley's troops par-ticipated. Frosted was then but a boy.

As a boy in his late teens he attended Hampton Institute in Virginia where he learned the occupation of a carpen-ter and on his return here was for many years assistant carpenter at the agency. He built many structures, includ-ing school buildings and churches for the Indian People.

In 1880, White Bear married a beautiful young Sioux woman, Orntopawin. The marriage took place in the Catholic church with the Rev. Fr. Hug, officiating. The Frosted's were blessed with two children, but both have gone now to their rewards.

The Frosted's took into their care seven other children. They are: John, August, Mary Brought Plenty, the latter deceased; Mary Standing Crow; and Asa, Susan and Francis Winters.

In 1890, during the Sitting Bull trouble, Frosted was a scout for the military but took no active part in the actual arrest. In 1891 he began his career as an Indian police-man and served in this capacity until his resignation in 1915, at which time he had risen from the ranks and held the honoured position as Chief of the Indian Police at the Standing Rock Reservation. In 1912 he held the distinc-tion of being a special delegate to Washington to confer with authorities concerning Indian affairs.

In 1914, when Sioux county was organized as a separate unit from old Morton county and given a full set of offi-cials by appointment of the then Governor, L.B. Hanna, Frosted became one of the first constables. During the World War he was active in securing recruits among the Indian boys to serve the colours and sent his two adopted sons, August and John Brought Plenty, both of whom saw active service, the former with the 1st Div and the latter with the 33rd. Another patriotic gesture on the part of the chief which should be admired by the whites, for at that time the Indians were not considered citizens and had no duty to perform.

White Bear, as chieftain, has presided at many notable ceremonies during which titles, Indian names, etc. have been conferred. Among the outstanding people who have received Indian names at Frosted's hands are:

1928-Ernest Thompson Seton, famous naturalist became Mahto-ska, and received a war bonnet. 1930-O.L. Bo-denheimer, then National Commander of the American Legion, received a war bonnet and was named Flying Cloud.

In 1930 the deceased chieftain presided at ceremonies, which adopted a number of Bismarck folks into the Sioux tribe. Chief of Police Chris J. Martineson became Charging Eagle, his son Willard, Walking Warrior, D.E.

Shipley, state official became Brown Eagle; Mrs. Alfred Zuger, chairman of Women's Fed of Labor, Red Deer; and Irene Engler, Red Bird.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the St. Peter's Catholic Church with Father Bernard, Frosted's old counsellor and long time friend, reading the last rites. Internment was made in the Catholic cemetery. Pall Bears were: D.S. Hatch, Benj. White, Ed Afraid of Hawks, Louis Endres, J.R. Harmon and Eli Swift Eagle. Honorary Pall Bears were: ��F.B. Fiske, E.D. Mossman, Chris Martineson, F.B. Zahn and Victor Zahn.

The Indians have lost a man who was considered one of their foremost leaders in all matters concerning their wel-fare. The whites have lost a true friend among the red men.

The following transcripts have not been altered or edited. The speeches of approximately 30 minutes each have been written down as they were recorded. Every one of the transcripts can be read separately, even though the text may inspire you to read other transcripts as well due to its interaction.

The sentences in the transcripts may be lengthy, but this is how the trance speech is flowing. To give the reader the most transparent view, I decided not to alter or edit the speeches for easier composition of the language.

1. The Almighty Spirit The Almighty Spirit is Love. That is the purest love you can ever reach. God is supreme. God is in you and God is everywhere in the nature, all under us, all above us. God is universal. When I say that we have God within us, we have all this spark of the Almighty Spirit; it is a thing that is flickering, waiting for your spiritual awareness. When that time comes, the spark will grow outward and there will be a light that you yourself will represent towards humanity. This God is not something outside away from you. It is within. God is the breath that you breathe in and out. When the spark starts to shine, God is expanding in you and wants you to be a temple for your spirit, living in his picture and to let the light shine forth towards other human beings so that you can be an example for the Al-mighty. It is like the seed that is planted in the ground. It knows where the sun is and where it wants to grow, but it has to be nurtured, and when it is nurtured it will grow and grow, breathing in the air and with the aid of the sun, it will rise up and shine. It is similar with you, if you let God work inside you. Increasing your spiritual awareness is the key to God. Inside you, you should strive for love, peace and harmony. That is what God is, he is, and she is, the Almighty Spirit, or the Great White Spirit as we call it. When you come to this side you will increase your

spirituality, if you so wish, and then you are moving to-wards God, because that is where we want to be. You have God inside you, and when you increase in love, peace and harmony on this side, you will see glimpses of the higher spheres, the great white light above you. This white light is angels, angels that have been human beings sometimes, earlier in their lifetime. When they increase in love, they are moving towards God, which is love, and they are united. We are human beings, and we are here on earth to tell you the vital message, that by increasing your spiritual awareness you will get closer to God. You can raise yourself by prayer, casting aside your selfish-ness, your greed and your vanity. Cultivate honesty and love and you will reach your destination of peace when you are here on earth. It is God operating in you. That is why you are here on earth for your spiritual journey to conquer material things that overshadow the vital things. I am speaking to you, from this side of life, in love for humanity. We are many friends that are working on this to make a better world, a world in love and peace without selfishness, a world of charity where you can find peace and live among each other in harmony, sharing what God has given you on earth, for the earth shall be as in heaven some day in the future. We know that when people be-come aware of the afterlife, being conscious of their

friends standing by, they will act differently, because when spiritual awareness comes, love will reign.

2. The meaning of life We all have this question in mind when we live on earth. Surely it is a vast area to cover. The Almighty has given you free will. Then it is entirely up to you how you would live your life here on earth. However, each one of you, when in physical form, has a mission to perform, something that you have already determined before you came here. Unfortunately, it is dimmed and you have to strive to find your mission, but the mission is in you, and if you seek you will find. Christ said: “Seek and ye shall find”, and that expression is as valid today as it was ever before. Many come to this side and say that their life was useless, because they for-got their mission. All of us have different missions here on earth, but we have one in common, and that is to make this earth a better world. Wherever you go, plant a seed of love and peace. This is your ultimate goal. Wherever you perform your activi-ties, keep in mind that you are nurturing the seed that has been planted by the Almighty both inside you and out in your world. Each and every one of us has come to the earth with a meaning and a purpose. You can start with yourself, your spiritual being. Within, you are a beauty that you should

nurture and develop. This is something that is done better and more efficiently on the earth plane than on this side. It is the key objective that you should strive for. We on this side see a world of pity when we get close to your world. There is so much to be done. Your world is overshadowed by selfishness, greed and vanity. All of these are something you should conquer, and you should conquer them by love, by giving of yourself. Take care of your fellow being, be patient and meet eve-ryone with love. Go into yourself, your inner beauty and create a pathway to the Almighty, and he will keep you strong in your endeavours. Give love and you will re-ceive love. We on this side will help you and inspire you to do the right things, but you will have to be open to us, knowing that we are here. We are close by, assisting and helping you, and that is the will of God. “You reap as you sow”, a familiar expression, but many have forgotten. The law is something that is operating everywhere on your side as well as on this side. We know so very well that what we sowed on your side, we certainly reaped on this side. Even though you cannot see the seed that you are planting, there will be a harvest sometime.

You live your life here on earth to develop your spiritual being, your spirituality. Give of yourself, and share with others. Nothing is forgotten. As human beings we are equal, all are the same and of the same importance. We are all one. What you do to others, you do unto yourself. The material world that you live in has many obstacles to cope with, and you are coloured in a way by the material world. This makes it not easier to become more spiritual, but it depends on your focus, because when you develop your spiritual being, the materiality will vanish. In your mind, in your inner being, you will see your spirit, the importance of yourself, your inner self. Remember that the earth plane is the school of life that we all have to accomplish, and you are students in this school, travel-ling on different pathways, learning, acquiring know-ledge on different subjects. However, you have the op-tion to move upwards to higher classes, and when you are climbing the spiritual path, you move towards the essential part of your life on earth, towards God. The higher classes that you have in the school of life are the spiritual aspect of living, moving from materiality to spirituality. Yes, we know that the world requires work in many dif-ferent occupations, but that is no hindrance to moving further up the ladder being a spiritual being, bringing weight on the vital things in life. Money is of course an

essential part of the material plane. You have poor people and you have rich people, but modesty is the way of life. Live in moderation and not in excess. It´s difficult to be poor, and it´s a challenge to be rich. When you climb the ladder, you will see that one of your tasks is to balance, helping others when you can. Materi-ality is nothing to strive for, but I can assure you that spirituality is. You are a spiritual being in a physical flesh. Your physical body is a hindrance to see that you yourself, your real self, is inside you and is there to be developed. By elevating yourself spiritually, you can make your life peaceful and a wonderful thing, a life full of love, tranquillity and harmony. That is where you want to be, that is where we all want to be, when you know what life is about. On this side, life is wonderful when you have lived your life in a spiritual manner, when you have received the knowledge and understand your position in the material world, when you have reached the upper class in life, the spiritual class, then your journey on this side will continue, ever increasing in love, peace and harmony. There are many mansions on this side, and we are here to help you to find the beautiful side where there is love, harmony and peacefulness among the neighbours. This place is often called the Summerland, where there is beauty above any expression, where things are so indefi-

nitely beautiful, - yes we have the nature, the birds, we have all the beauties from your world, but in another and more wonderful expression. You can have all of this; you can have it all, but then start your spiritual journey today, my friend.

3. Communication with the spirit world Communication with the spirit world is not easy. There is a barrier between the earth plane and the spirit plane. This barrier has to be penetrated, and with everything else in this world, it needs practice. Obviously, you have to start at the beginning of the ladder. The first class is to get closer to God, because there is only one thing that can penetrate and achieve clear communication and that is through love between the spheres, between your world and the spirit world. So the first step to communication or mediumship is to start reading, studying the spiritual aspect. Just like you did in school. You started with the simplest things, and then you moved upwards. All kinds of mediumship have to follow this path. When you have reached the higher level, there are still obstacles that have to be conquered. When the time is there, you reach for the highest inside you with love, and then from this side we will come and help you to achieve communication. There are different paths in mediumship. You have men-tal mediumship where you pick up pictures and thoughts from our side. With this kind of mediumship, you are fully conscious and connect with your mind. The com-munication from us to you is received in mental pictures, but these pictures may be distorted. It is like looking in

the mirror of the water, when suddenly there comes a breeze and the picture and the mirror gets blurred. It is the same with spirit communication. If there are no pure thoughts, you will get disturbance similar to the mirror in the water. Your mind and your picture will get blurred. With trance mediumship, the spirit communicator takes over in a way, but even then the subconscious mind of the medium may act in on the communication, and then again you may have the same disturbance. Also here the medium needs to reach for the highest, leaving their own thoughts behind and be more like a clear channel. If you can imagine a radio station where you are tuning in. If there is purity in the thought between the medium and the spirit world, then there is no interference and you will have an open line, but if there are many stations close by, it becomes difficult to tune in. We are sending you pure thoughts, but you will have to be in a position to tune in, because there are many on this side that are eager to send their thoughts. Then you may get interference. We on this side communicate with the other spheres in a similar way. To reach higher spheres, we need purity of love, because up in the highest spheres, there is only pure love. So there is the answer. You have to create the right conditions for communication.

There are other forms of communication where physical manifestations are present. You have perhaps heard about rotating and levitated tables, flying trumpets and the Oui-ja board. This is psychic energy. When we communicate in a physical manner through a table, we have to conquer the gravity force to make it answer you. We vitalise the table or the object through the psychic energy, through love, which is the greatest force in the universe. This makes the communication possible. It is a vital force and your thoughts are the substance. They are real. Think about telepathy. It is a real thing to you because most of you have experienced it. Suddenly you have known what somebody is going to tell you. The thoughts have already reached you. Then we have manifestations by physical means of hu-man beings, materialisations. It´s real, but then we need ectoplasm to materialize. Ectoplasm is the vital force of life. We use this substance, which is exteriorised by a medium. This is something you are familiar with through your bible, the materialisation of Christ, but he was not the first, nor the last. It has been performed all through the ages. My friend, when you read this, we know that it may sound unreasonable to your material senses, but I can assure you that materialisation is real. You have to study this, experience this yourself, then and only then you will be able to understand and perceive the works of the Almighty, the Great White Spirit.

We are here on earth to manifest the spirit so you can see that we are still alive. If you look in the mirror, you will not see more and further than the tip of your nose, but then my friend, you have not seen the most vital thing in life, because you cannot see your spirit within. To find the beauty you have inside you, you will have to dig deeper. It is something that you can find if you seek. Communication with us is achievable, and we are long-ing to help you, but you will need to open the channel and listen to your inner being. When you rise in spiritual-ity, you will understand more. Remember what Christ said: “that greater things you should do”. Materialisations have been done since ancient times. Christ showed the way, and he wanted us to follow his path and to demon-strate what he did. My friend, you are a spirit, and you can never die. For the time being, you live in a physical body, but you can never die. Your spirit has always ex-isted and is eternal. Our communication between this world and your world is our love for humanity. Because when you know that you can never die, you will change your outlook and your behaviour in this world to the better. We are here to make a better world, a world full of love and peace. That is why communication is so vital because you need to know that we are still here even though you cannot see us. We are close by, your friends are close by and they

are working, trying to inspire you, even though you do not know that we are here. They are waiting for the flick-ering of your soul, when you look up and ask: Why are we here? Then we are close to you trying to tell you that we are alive, and that you someday will come and join us.

4. The beauty within Within, you are a beauty that most of you do not under-stand. There you will find the seed of the Almighty that he has planted inside you. It is there for your develop-ment, and for your nourishment. The only thing that will make it grow is love and awareness that you are a spir-itual being. God has given you free will, so you have the option to do the good things in life, but also bad things. Think good thoughts and you will expand the seed inside you with the positive reinforcement. This will bring you love which is the mightiest force in the universe. God will start operating in you. When you have good thoughts in your mind, then these good thoughts are also influenced and inspired by spirits on this side that want you well. They are standing by, waiting for the flickering of your soul, and when they see the light inside you, which is love, they will work with you for your own peace and tranquillity. The other side of you, the bad thoughts will attract spirits from this side that inspire bad thoughts. So my friend, it is important to concentrate on the good thoughts. In your world there is much selfishness, greed and the urge for power. All of these are of the negative sort. Yes, we know that you need to sustain life, but that’s not self-ishness.

The power is in you to overcome all the negative thoughts. Love for your neighbour, your fellow beings, is the key to your spiritual journey. You reap as you sow, and when you think of us with love, you will reap inspiration from our world, strength-ening your thoughts of love. We know that loving your fellow beings is not a simple thing in your world, be-cause there is so much negative that exists in your world that creates a barrier for you. This is something you need to penetrate and overcome. Your world is overshadowed with negative thinking. People are seeking power over other people in selfishness and in greed for material things. That’s the main cause of the disasters in your world. If there were only pure love in your minds, you world would be a nice place for eve-ryone where you could live in peace and love together. We are here to help you, but then you will have to seek for the highest. Wherever you go, plant a seed of love and peace, and you will surely receive the blessings from this side, the inspiration from higher beings and from angels that are the purest of love. Start today with your spiritual endeavours. We see so very well on this side that what you create in your mind on your side, you surely receive on this side. You have

heaven within you, but you have also the option for a darker side, and it is entirely up to you what path you would like to follow. We want love for all of you, for all human beings on earth. We make no classification. De-stroy the negative side of yourself by reaching for the highest, for the Almighty, letting him shine inside you. Think positive thoughts, think love towards your fellow beings, forgive, be patient with others and let your kind-ness shine from you. Nourish goodness into your mind, which is the only thing you can bring over to this side. There, are your personality and your character. Today you can make a turn. There is a way to conquer yourself, and that is through charity. All the errors you have made can be erased, can be corrected, by charity. Do good to others, and in time the good things you have done will overshadow your errors. This is the same that we have to do on this side, to correct our mistakes in your world, because we as human beings all make mis-takes, and we have to correct them to move forward. Know also that it is so much easier to correct errors when you are on earth. Then when you come to this side, it´s so much easier for you. Listen to my advice, my friend, start today helping others and you will in time enjoy your inner being, the heaven inside you, which can be filled with love and peace and no other things. Then when you come to this side, you

will enjoy a world, a beauty without description, a nature that is more real then you ever in your present condition can understand, all the good things in life you appreciate. Open the door for us, and we will help you. We will in-spire you to do the good things, but you will have to know that we are here close by, your friends that you love. We all want you well. We come to you as humble human beings, now spirits. The only difference is that we do not have the physical body, but we have a replica, which is much lighter and with a much higher vibration. Prepare yourself my friend, cultivate the seed that has been planted in you by the Almighty, and nourish it by love, by helping others, by showing kindness, leaving behind selfishness, greed, vanity, the need for being bet-ter then others and the need for power. We wished the world could see what we see from our side, what you need to do to make your world a better place for every-one. Now, you know what you need to do. You can be a light for others; you can make a difference in your world. Be a light and show the way for others. Show them the truth of being. God is love, and we are all of the same picture. 5. Love is everything My friend, love is the mightiest force in the universe. And when I say this, what do you think this force repre-sents? Of course, this force is God, because God is love. He has given us free will, and he does not interfere. There is only one law that we know of, and that is the law of cause and effect. This law is universal. You reap what you sow. Keep this in mind, because if you sow love, you will reap love. Love binds us together, and when we reach for the high-est, we reach for love. My friend, this is yours. When you plant the seed of love, you help yourself, your inner be-ing, and you will be a light, because love is the purest and the strongest force. Above all, cultivate love, and in love you will find all the good things in life; peace, hon-esty, your inner self, because the Almighty has planted the seed inside you. He is only sowing love, because he wants you to reap love. Nothing else. He is there for you. He is there, in your deepest moments where your thoughts are of sorrow, and he is there rejoicing when you find happiness. He never leaves you. Even though you cry out for the Almighty, saying: Where are you? How could you let these things happen? How could you do this, and how could you do that? Well, my friend, God

does not interfere, but he is sending his love. He wants all the best for you, for you are his children. You must know that you can never die. When you know this, you will see things differently, because you are a spirit, you have God inside you, and you are part of God, the Great White Spirit, as we know him. All religions are seeking God, expressing him in different terms, but there is only one God and that is love. We are all brothers and sisters, all of the same God, and we are only servants, and in humbleness, messengers of the Al-mighty. We are here on earth to teach you that love is everything in life. We are each and every one of us like diamonds with many facets. We are like the iceberg, but we only see the tip of it. You are so much more then you can perceive. In your inner being there is a spark that is there waiting for your love towards humanity. Then and first then, you will see the errors and mistakes of the world, of yourself, and what you can do to make this a better world. You will see how you can raise yourself above materiality and search for your spiritual pathway. There you will see that love is the answer that will bring you forward. Love your fellow beings, humble yourself and place yourself in the background. Then, you will get the right perspective and see the light of your spiritual pathway.

My friend, it is not any easy road to follow, but if it was an easy path, where you had nothing to strive for, it wouldn´t be worth having. With everything else in life, you will have to strive to find your ultimate objective, your mission in life. What is your mission, my friend? Whatever you are, whatever your work is, you have one mission, and that is to become closer to and to become one with God, be-cause we are all one. You as a spiritual being should seek for the highest in you, and there you will find the answer. Your mission in life is to love your fellow beings, to get rid of selfishness, to help others wherever you can, and to make earth a better world. On this spiritual journey, you will make many mistakes, and you will learn from them. We on this side make mis-takes as well, and we learn from them. So we are all on the spiritual journey, but we on this side know that we can never die, and we know our mission and our ultimate goal. That’s why we are coming to you. To tell you this, this beautiful, glorious message that we survive the phys-ical death, that we are spiritual beings and that love is everything, love is all there is.

6. Sacrifice Many have done noble things in their lives, many sacri-fices. In your mind there is a human being, a man from Naza-reth, that you call the Christ. He made his sacrifice by the cross. He tried to bring forward the truth of life to the earth plane. He in his time did not come across, the way that we would like to come across to you. He was seen as an opponent, against the power of the earth, to people in higher positions of the earth. He wanted to tell you of the good things from heaven from the Almighty. He had re-ceived the blessings from our side, the spiritual lesson and knew what the important things were. He said: “My Father and I are one”, and that is so true, because we have all God inside us. We are part of God. “Heaven, you find inside you”, he also said, and – “I am the Light, the Way and the Truth”. All these lessons that he put forward, are the truth of life. We are God because we have all the seed of love inside us, the seed from the Almighty. When we move and break the barrier, from materiality to spirituality, we become one with our Fa-ther, we become the light of the world, and we show the way to others. We tell the truth, and we are the truth, because love and honesty is of the same. We truly be-come one with God.

Well, my friend, you raise yourself after physical death. That is the truth of life. Christ came back in materialized form, which is also part of life. He was not the first and not the last materialised being that showed the world that life goes on, that, even when the physical body becomes dust, your spiritual being comes into the new life where truly God makes himself open for you and shows you that what you sowed you reaped. Many human beings on earth have conquered the material aspect and increased their spiritual being in awareness of God. They see that this is part of their mission in life. Christ sacrificed him-self. He did not want to turn away from God. His love for God was greater than his love for materiality. He was tempted as we are, as we all are, but then it is there for you to manage, to penetrate and to win over your materi-al passions and instincts. Even if you do what you con-sider to be the smallest thing on earth, helping someone in despair, using your time and your effort to bring good thoughts and love, then you are sacrificing yourself. All good deeds are sacrifices. Sacrifice, my friend - give love and create peace on your pathway. Making sacrifices is a wonderful thing, because you help others and then in turn you help yourself. By making sacrifices you build up the beauty inside your spiritual being.

The world is in despair. There is so much selfishness and so little sacrifice. We from this side share with you in this message, telling you that sacrifice and selfishness are two poles of the opposite ends. Sacrifice is love for your fel-low beings. Sacrifice is love for God, and sacrifice can make you a better world. God wants you to be happy, to live in peace and love each other. That´s all he wants for you. My friend, God cried when the Nazarene was brutally killed on the cross. Likewise, God cries when he sees violence towards his children. Your Father in heaven, the Great White Spirit as we know him, is love, and he has given you free will to conquer all bad things on earth, and he rejoices when he sees love amongst you, because in love you are in him. Follow his light, that´s the mean-ing of life, to be in his picture, to be the light for others, above all. We love you, because we love humanity. We forgive, we are patient, and we are humble servants of the Almighty.

7. Materialism Materialism is the opposite of spiritualism, and what is spiritualism? Well, my friend, it is to know that you have the spirit inside you, that you have God in you and that you have the true knowledge that you can never die. Ma-terialism is concentrated on the material things on earth, and you need to have both on earth, but in the right per-spective. We on this side know that too much of materi-alism, materialism in excess, accumulated in wealth in terms of possessions, is of no value on our side of life. It is nothing to strive for on earth. You should rather strive for the spiritual aspect of your inner being, understanding yourself, understand why you think and act like you do. Being in a spiritual atmosphere brings you the good things in life. Materialism in excess does not bring you any good. If you don’t have the love for others, if you don´t have the capacity to share with others, if selfishness is the force that controls your ambitions for more possessions, then my friend, you are on the wrong path. If charity is your fundamental mind set, then materiality is not your enemy, because then you know how to handle your intelligence and your possessions in life. People think that they have a treasure on earth when they be-come wealthy with a lot of money and material things.

Well my friend, to become wealthy, you do not need to build up a treasure of materiality because it is of no value when you have reached your spiritual awareness, when you know that God is in you, is operating in you for the well being of others. Treasures are something you build up by doing the good things, the good thoughts and the good deeds in your life on earth. Then you are on the right track. When you raise yourself spiritually, materialism becomes of no value. Of course, you need to sustain life, have the necessities, and have what you need for a comfortable life. We all want to have a comfortable life, but that is not in excess of materiality. Some say that when they get this, or that, they will be fine, but I say to you, seek with-in, seek the beauty that you have within you, seek the love that God has planted in you, and your thoughts will nourish the beauty inside, and you will let go of the ea-gerness for material things, because they have no value. Life here on earth is the school of life to teach you to get rid of selfishness, to have a balanced view of life, to live in harmony with others, to learn that God is a force, the love behind all, all that you can enjoy, but he has also given you free will, and he does not interfere. He wants you to find the key yourself, to his kingdom, and you will find his kingdom on earth as well as in heaven, because you have heaven within you.

Free will is a wonderful thing. You are here to make a better world. Your actions towards your fellow beings are the seeds that will make beautiful flowers that will sustain a beautiful nature. You yourself are responsible for the earth, for the well-being of the earth. The earth has all you need. Conquer selfishness by love for your fellow beings, and the earth will be as heaven, because on this side, we have love for our neighbours, we forgive, we have patience, we don’t need power, we don’t have the power, we receive the power of love from our Father, and that is all we need, that’s more than you can ever imagine. It’s the power that will raise you above all, that will bring you in union with God, which is your ultimate wish, your ultimate dream, because that is pure, that’s the purest love of the universe. 8. Knowledge dispels fear We bring you the knowledge that you can never die, that you are spirit. That your physical flesh, your physical body has been given to you by the Almighty to learn when you are here on earth. The main objective is to get rid of selfishness and to love your fellow beings, to seek God, to seek the seed of love that has been planted in you by God, to nurture this seed and to see to it that it be-comes a flower that you can be proud of. Look at the flowers around you; they grow by themselves with the environment that God has created for them. Then my friend, you need to create an environment for your own seed inside you, so you can flourish and be the beauty that was meant for you from the start. You are in a school of life where you have to climb the ladder. You cannot jump from first class to the upper class. You must climb from the first to the second to the third and so on, but you yourself on the way create dif-ferent steps on that ladder, because we have different pathways to follow, but we are all seeking for the high-est, the ultimate goal, which is God, which is love. As a student, you have to study and learn. All the material is there, the nature, your mind, your free will, and the ca-pacity to acquire knowledge and to know right from wrong. We are all prepared for the great tasks of the

earth. God knows the tasks, and he has given everyone a task, everyone. You might have chosen your task before you came here, a task in humbleness, a task to learn the world, tasks that are difficult to understand, but all noble tasks are love for God. There is a lesson to be learned for everyone. You might say. How can this happen? Why did God do this? With your mind, your earthly mind, it is difficult to understand the universal law, which is cause and effect. God has given you tasks for love for humanity, for your fellow beings, only love. You may follow his tasks or follow your free will, which might be confused by mate-riality, by selfishness, by the need for power. God has given you free will to choose, if not, you would be ro-bots, and what life would that be? So my friend, God has created all that you have been given, so you can learn and raise yourself spiritually, so you can cast aside selfish-ness, which is the root to evil deeds. God rejoices with you when you create joy and peace on your pathway. He is in your sorrow, comforting you when cruel things happen, crying with you, but then again giving you the light to lift yourself up, conquering the despair of this world, which is created by human

hand. My friend, when you know that God is in you and he is love, when you know that you cannot die, then you have the knowledge that dispels fear. The Almighty has given you the knowledge in the seed that he has planted in you, but you have to follow the school of life and to nurture that seed to acquire the knowledge. When you have truly acquired that know-ledge, there is no need for fear. Then you reach your peace inside. In yourself, come and join us as humble servants of the Almighty knowing that all is well, that love and peace is in your heart and that you are ready for your journey on earth. You are spirit, you are in the spirit world today, but you are clothed by your physical body. That´s the only differ-ence my friend, because we are close by, standing beside you, but you cannot see us, because we have a counter-part, the ethereal body, a spirit body. The same spirit body, which you have in yourself, but you can only see your physical body with your physical eyes. Know that you are in this world of ours at the present time, you don´t go anywhere when you leave your physi-cal body, but with knowledge you raise your conscious-ness and you will see other spheres, another spectrum of

the light. There is always something to learn, because the universe and the spirit world are so vast with endless opportunities, but first you will have to complete your earthly life. It´s like the apple, which will fall to the ground when it is ripe. Some end their lives on earth by their own hands, and that is wrong, that’s wrong because you are not to enter the spirit world before your time comes. Conquer the materiality of your world, learn what is right from wrong, and yes, you will make many mistakes, but then again you can conquer them by charity. All in your life can be good, acquire knowledge, and know that you can never die, do your tasks in humbleness and in love for your fellow beings. 9. Spiritual awareness and development Spiritual awareness is your pathway to the Almighty. With love you can develop this in a proper way on earth, but there are many obstacles in material terms. Well my friend, I tell you this, you have the power within to over-come all the obstacles, all the hindrances of the earth. You can break the barrier, which is selfishness, which is the physical and material aspect of life. When you sit in stillness, let your thoughts of goodness flow towards oth-ers, and then you will attract spirits from this side that will enhance and build up your good thoughts. Like at-tracts alike, so when you have good thoughts in your mind, love for your fellow beings, then you will attract your fellow beings from this side that enjoy the work for God, the work for love. There is so much to do in your world. Be a light for oth-ers to follow, increase your spiritual awareness, know that God is there for you, but you will need a determined mind. Use your free will for the betterness of your sur-roundings. Find your place, find something you can strive for that is good, good for other beings, good for yourself, because doing good for others you do good to yourself. That’s the law of cause and effect, the universal law. When you reach for the highest in you, the pathway will be opened for you. You will see the light, which is

something to reach for because then love and peace will come to you. Sit in stillness, seek for the highest and peace will over-whelm you. We will help you on your pathway to spir-itual knowledge, but you need to be patient my friend, you will have to work for this, you will have to work with yourself. Concentrate your mind on God, and he will send his angels. Would you give your child everything from the start? Would your child learn the lessons of the world if you kept your child away from all troubles? Of course not, then you would make a big mistake, and God does not make mistakes. He will follow you on your spiritual pathway, but you will meet hindrances and troubles that are there for you to conquer, like the child that needs to conquer the troubles of their route in life. When you look back at your childhood, you praise your parents for their understanding. Your parents are there to help you to find love in life, to conquer the troubles of your world. When they don’t do this, then they have failed their mission, then they will strive themselves. God is there for you, for the children and for the parents, and all of you have to follow the learning of the world, the school of life. There is a turning point for everyone. Whatever mistake you have made, reach for the highest, and God as the

good parent will know what´s the best pathway for you. So the key my friend, is to seek God. If you do not learn the lessons of the earth, you are not forgotten by the Al-mighty, there are options for all of us, all the way, and if you don’t learn the lesson prepared for you, well obvi-ously you have to do it over again until you learn, that’s why in God’s justice, reincarnation is provided because God is just and fair, and he loves his children. God is unconditional love. Find your spiritual pathway, forget selfishness, help oth-ers, and bring love and peace to this world. Where you are right now, at this very moment, you have the option. Seek for the highest inside you, sit in stillness, and the door will open for you. When you see the flickering, the little light in front of you, then you can be sure that there is a helping hand close by, a hand that will help you to nurture your spiritual being and to bring you awareness of your pathway.

10. Meditation In contemplation, in meditation you seek for the highest inside you, and when you reach the highest, you find the inner being of yourself, your soul that survives the physi-cal death. That´s why meditation is so necessary and so essential for your well being and your development of your inner self. You feed your physical body each day, several times a day, but do you feed your spiritual being, your spiritual body? Meditation is like food, the spiritual food for your spiritual being. There are many ways of meditation. Some go into still-ness and pray to God. Some send good thoughts to friends and to people in despair. Some seek the light, the light of love, and by moving towards love, in their own mind, they find peace and tranquillity. But remember my friend, whatever your meditation is like and how you meditate, you should always seek within yourself, be-cause within yourself is the seed of the Almighty. When you give nutrition to this seed, it will expand and develop inside you. When you sit in stillness, it may at first seem difficult to concentrate, but I can give you some advice. First, al-ways pray seeking for the highest, asking for peace and love in your mind. Then go into stillness with a calm mind. See or imagine a light in front of you, like a bright

star. This star is love, and the pathway to the star is where you want to travel. If you have music at hand, you may play some calm mu-sic that inspires you for your stillness, for your inner peace. This is the first step to get closer to your inner self. Always end with a prayer in thankfulness for the love you have received. My friend, meditation may take many shapes and forms. It is an individual journey, for each and every one of us, but you will join the path of light, the path of love. There you will be helped and guided. Find a meditation that suits you. Provide love all around you because love is the power of God. That’s where you want to be. This should be your centre of meditation. Ask yourself this: - Why is it that the best feeling you can achieve in your physical body is love? Because when you receive love, you enter into a mode of thankfulness. Then ask yourself: Do I deserve love? Ask yourself this question many times. What can I do to deserve this most beautiful, lovely feeling? The answer is unconditional love. You cannot enter into stillness, into meditation without love. Love your fellow beings, send out love, give love and you will receive love.

That’s the guidance for reaching the highest, your inner self, the beauty inside you. This is the key to meditation. Love is the key that will open the doors, and there are your guides standing by waiting for the flickering of your soul, so they can lead you and guide you. Meditate, go into stillness and seek for the highest inside yourself. When you build the power of love inside, your physical body will enter your spiritual body, and in turn give you peace and calmness in mind and you will be loved for your attributes of goodness, a light for others to follow.

11. Building your character Building your character is what you should strive for in life. By giving thoughts to your actions, you can perceive your life and see what affects your inner being and your personality. Your character is your behaviour towards others and yourself. When you meet challenges in life, you bring them on board, and then you evaluate them. These chal-lenges change your patterns of thinking. Then keep in mind that the challenges you are meeting are there to raise you up and to teach you about life, teach you how to deal with difficulties and to manifest a behaviour to-wards others that is of love, patience and helpfulness. Know what people want and strive for, and the more you know, the more you can understand their behaviour in life. In turn you can make better decisions. Place yourself in their shoes, listen and seek understanding. Know how you yourself would like to be treated. Love, honesty, patience, understanding, fairness, help-fulness and responsibility are the keys to a higher stand-ard of character. Know that what you do unto others, you do unto yourself, to your own consciousness. Always keep this in mind, and then you will change in character to the better.

We all would like to have a nice life, a life of well-being. So why are people difficult with others? Because they don’t have this knowledge or don’t give it much thought. Most problems you encounter in public affairs, in family and in communication with others, are caused only by yourself, your behaviour and your character. A life in discernment, a life in respect for others, a life in humbleness, a life in love for your fellow beings, builds up your character. Know that your character and your personality is what you bring over to the other side of life. Then you know how important it is to conquer yourself. Stand up and be an example for others to follow, then you build up your surroundings, the people around you, because all of us appreciate good people with high morals, high ethics and good values in life, which is your character, which also builds up your future in life. People appreciate a good character because they know by themselves, that the highest standard of values are the most difficult to achieve. - And for you, seeking leadership. True leadership is something you are given based on your character and personality, not something you should strive for by pow-er. When people know your true behaviour of fairness,

consideration and helpfulness, - yes, your true interest in people and their welfare - then and only then, you are a true leader.

12. Religion There are many religions in your world, and they are all aiming for the same objective, and that is to come close to God. God is love, and whatever religion you have, if you reach for love then you reach for God. From ancient times the people of the earth have looked upon the sky and said: “There must be a creator of this wonderful universe”, and the religions have formed scriptures based on the treas-ures that people have obtained when close to God. Over time there have been misunderstandings and misin-terpretations, because any deviation from love in any context must be wrong. Religions such as Islam, Bud-dhism, Christianity and Hinduism all seek for God. They all seek for the highest, which is love for your fellow beings, love in its purest form. All the prophets of your scriptures taught love so why are there so many misconceptions? We say this: The pas-sions of the earth of materiality, of selfishness, of greed for power, misunderstanding and misjudgement over time, are the cause. You are God’s children. How could the Almighty ever want anything more than a beautiful life for each and

every one of us, as a good parent would love to do the same for their children that they love? The people of the earth have, with their religion in hand, fought and created violence in the name of God. It cannot be more wrong, when your Father in heaven, your God, is the purest love there is. When your Father in heaven sees that his children are fighting in his name, where there is no love for your fel-low being, he cannot do anything else than cry. God tries to raise you up spiritually so you can find the truth, because there is only one truth and that is love. Cast aside the greed and the need for power, selfishness, share your love with others, share your love with every human being, place others before yourself, then religions will be based on pure love, then religions will be your prayers to God, and then he will listen, rejoice and give you peace in your heart, the peace you are longing for. Religions are there for you to reach higher spiritually, for serving God, for serving humanity, for love for your fel-low beings. My friend, remember there is only one God, which is the purest love you can ever reach, and there is only one religion and that is love. Religions of the earth should be united, because they have the same objective, and we are all on our pathway towards God, towards the

same God, and we are all spiritual beings united in love by the Almighty Spirit.

13. Reincarnation Your world is a training ground where you have to min-gle with people of different spirituality. Some have come further on their pathway in their spiritual endeavours, and some still cling to the material aspect of life. This is the school of life that we all have to tread. In this earthly life you will meet challenges of selfishness, greed for power, vanity, violence and war where people hurt each other. You meet a world in despair, due to the fact that people do not know their destiny. On the contrary, you have love, peace, understanding and tolerance, attributes overwhelming our world on this side of life, the spirit world. Your world is in progress and should strive to obtain the same attributes as we have in our world so you can achieve peace and harmony in your lives. That´s why we are here to help you in your en-deavours, to help you to create a world of love. When we come to your world, we see a world in a mist, some lights of love here and there, but many places dark-ness prevails due to inhumanity. We try to inspire you, to enhance the spiritual aspect of living, so you can reach the higher self, to reach a consciousness where you can see the beauties you have inside you, the spiritual core of yourself. This should be placed first and also prevail on the material level so that people can show kindness and

share the resources of this world reaching for a spirit lev-el on earth similar to what you someday will achieve on this side. You survive death of the physical body. That is the mes-sage that you should dwell on. Increase your awareness so that you one day can look back to the material plane and say to yourself: I did my best to help people, I did my best to share and to love, I threw away selfishness, and the need and the greed for power. In exchange you will have God’s love in life and heart. God is just. If he was not just and didn´t give people an-other chance, there would not be any reincarnation in your world, neither in our world. I know that this must be difficult to understand at first, but you are a spirit with a physical body. Your spirit survives your physical body because your spirit is you, the real you. If you don’t learn the lessons of the earth, then you might need and choose to come back in another physical body to learn, to ac-complish tasks that you didn’t master in your earlier re-incarnation, in an earlier body on earth. Life is learning. You never end learning, not on your side and not on this side. The universe is endless, and so is your learning. Reincarnation is a gift from God, the Almighty Spirit, the Creator, the light of love, because it is in love you have the option to reincarnate. It is like the good parents that

forgive their children, and give them another chance, and another chance, and so on, until they learn, even though it is a hard way, even though there are many tears. Through struggle and crisis you really learn, but God does never let go of his children because God is love, the supreme power that we all one day shall join, because we are all united, and we are all seeking the path of love, finally. From this side of life, we clearly see the mistakes of your world, the misfortune and your despair. Some places we see hope, and we see love because love penetrates the darkness of your world. Then we rejoice when we can inspire people to join the path of love, to plant a seed here and there, in human beings and in nature, so your world can prosper and raise itself towards a higher con-sciousness of living. We leave you a seed of fruit from heaven, from the place you one day shall be part of. Love is what binds us together in your world and our world. Learn every day by practising your spiritual being in love for others, and you will raise yourself above mundane things. Raise yourself spiritually. Love is the answer.

14. Signs to look for Nature is all around you, but not all is open for your physical eyes. The microorganisms of the earth are there to maintain and build up your surroundings, the nature you are part of. They are all there to care for your well-being. If you apply the technology of the world and look into the microscope, you will see a world that you could not imagine in your mind, if you had not seen it with your physical eyes. Someday there will appear a technology that will give the people of the earth the means to achieve understanding of the life that awaits them when they cast aside their physical body. The spirit world is as real as the world under the microscope that you cannot see with your physical eyes. It is all about evolution. When people look into the mi-croscope and look at the small creatures that surround them, they will at first be afraid, but there is nothing to fear, because they cannot harm you, they are there to help you, nurturing your ground, helping the plants and the trees to prosper season after season. They are all there for a purpose. As an analogy to your life cycle on earth, is the butterfly. This creature starts as a worm and develops itself to a

wonderful butterfly with such beauty that you have to stay and watch them when they fly hither and thither. How could you believe that a worm should become such a beautiful creature? - Similarly, your physical body de-teriorates and becomes a beautiful spiritual being when you leave your physical body. God’s plans are infinitely beautiful, always something new to learn. By looking in the microscope, you discover that you cannot see everything with your physical eyes. Your thoughts have an impact on life and nature. If you say to someone that you love them, that they are kind, you can look at them and see that they admire your com-pliment. They smile at you and thank you for your kind-ness. It is the same with nature. Treat nature with the same attitude, and nature will smile at you in return. You are part of the consciousness of this world. If you send out good thoughts, good thoughts will be multiplied and multiplied, and the consciousness of your world will be affected by your thoughts. Everything is conscious-ness, everything is thought. If the people of the world had but known this fact, you would have a world of love and peace.

Signs of love are there for you to grasp in life. Take the time to listen and to watch nature, how nature reacts to your thoughts, how nature produces and prospers. If you take everything for granted, you will not see the signs of love given to you by the creator of the universe in his love for humanity. Search and the doors will be open, and you will have so many reasons for your exist-ence, for all things are placed in the universe to aid each other, to aid the beautiful day you are part of. We have all been in your place, and know that things are easily taken for granted. We know NOW that we should not take anything for granted. We know that we have to cooperate with nature for taking care of the world. Keep in mind that nature, the creatures, the microorganisms, everything from the mould and up needs your protection and cooperation for giving the next generation a planet that we all can be proud of. The signs are there. Open your eyes and you will find your treasures that bring you peace of mind. All is there, open for you.

15. Prayer What is this word prayer? First of all you sit in stillness in your mind and seek for God. Then your thoughts will reach the energy field of the Almighty. Using your terminology, if you plug a lamp into the socket, it starts to shine when connected to the electric power cable. Similarly, with prayer you connect with the energy of love, whether you are praying for someone in despair, praying for relief in your sorrow or just for a while being part of God´s love and healing energy. No matter what your reason is for praying, your prayer will be heard. If you get your wish fulfilled, that´s quite another thing, because you are here on earth to learn and to achieve understanding, to know yourself and to become spiritual-ly aware of your inner being, of the beauty inside you. When you pray for others it is of help for them. It is a service, because you are sending your thoughts of love, of healing that will reach them, that will reach their spir-itual being, through the energy field, the vibration that you cannot see with your physical eyes. This energy field is as real as the power in your socket.

Prayer is love in action, where you connect to your Fa-ther in heaven, to the part of God inside you. For you can connect to the field of love for a while pouring in your own energy of love. Prayer is meditation where you reach for the highest and clean yourself, for, by prayers in helping others, you perform a service to humanity, to individual human beings and thus for yourself. Praying for material things does not enter this field of love. Prayers for help for satisfying your material needs will be heard, but seek first God. Then you will find the pathway for you to tread. The help you need in your en-deavours on the material plane, will be added unto you, if that is your destiny, because we have all different mis-sions on earth. Remember, we are here to strive, to learn, to help others and to love our fellow beings, so that we can raise ourselves and the consciousness of the earth to a higher level. We in our small footsteps, each and every one of us, can contribute to the whole. We can do this in prayer, by reaching a higher consciousness, to come in communion with God, with our Father in heaven that we are part of, the Creator of the universe, melting together as one, because we are all part of God´s plans. We are building our future and our destiny step by step. Let God be part of this picture in you. Let God be part of your plans, let him rule your heart and your inner being. Let him work in you when you reach for the power of love.

We on this side understand and see prayers in action, because we see our thoughts create. We see our thoughts reach their objective in helping others, because thought is substance. Thoughts are as real as you. You can feel the thoughts you create on the earth plane, but you cannot see the vibration they create. However, you can see their action if you follow them, and understand your prayer. Collective prayers have a tremendous impact because if the thoughts are pure in love, they can do wonderful things. That´s why we on this side pray together with innumerable souls in service, to achieve peace and love on earth. My friend, your little prayer helps to contribute to the collective consciousness of love towards your fel-low beings. Pray and be part of the mission of love for humanity. Raise yourself spiritually by prayer, by being in communion with God in love. With prayers you can heal the world. With love you can heal yourself.

16. Spirituality We are all spiritual beings, and our spirituality is our way of love and how we live our lives. Spirituality is all there is within the divine picture. Love is the mightiest force in the universe, and the God that we are all part of. As spir-itual beings, search within and by searching you will find the pathway to spirituality with all its struggles, with all its beauties and with all its love. Spirituality is in the opposite end of the road of materiali-ty. You start with a spiritual body in a physical body when you are born. Then on your pathway, people around you are influencing your innermost being, espe-cially in your childhood where your thoughts are formed and manifested. Thus, your parents and the people that you have around you, have a tremendous potential on your thoughts, and a fantastic opportunity to give your spiritual being the love and the pathway to spirituality. That is a tremendous responsibility. But are people of the earth aware of their responsibility? Unfortunately, many are not. So in your life the material aspect will prosper if you do not get a counterpart of spir-ituality. Materiality is a hindrance to the pathway of love, be-cause materiality, when set apart from spiritual endeav-

ours, manifests the passions of life, of selfishness and greed. Spirituality is the only pathway to God. We are all here to learn, and each and every one of us, is responsible for own behaviour, the pathway that we have tread in life. Many people of the earth and in organisations distance themselves from spirituality. They say that religion is up to everyone to decide, and that is so true, but why are they distancing themselves from spirituality? - Because they don’t have the basic knowledge of the most crucial aspect of living. By their behaviour they keep themselves apart from God, from their spiritual pathway in their lives, the pathway they had projected before they came to your world. Spirituality will one day be a word of honour, and mate-riality will be a word for the basic needs of humanity. When people strive for helping others, for sharing re-sources, for bringing love and harmony into their own life and the lives of others, they ascend on the spiritual path. Spirituality is to become in harmony and peace with oneself. How can you find peace? You can only find peace in yourself by giving love, by serving humanity, helping others and ultimately forgetting yourself in service. Then, you will find a beauty inside that will blossom, and the

pathway will be open to gain the right and divine knowledge and for reaching the highest that you can ever hope for in your spiritual life on earth. This is spirituality in action. Listen to the voices of heaven. At first you might not hear anything. - And why is that, my friend? It is because you have not opened the door to your spiritual pathway. The answer is spirituality. Send a prayer to God for guid-ance, and he will listen. Give of yourself, help others, leave your selfishness behind, and the doors will be opened. They will be wide open. God will then start op-erating in you, and show you the way. It is not materiality you should gain on earth, it is the opposite, it is spirituality. Materiality, however, is there to help you find heaven inside yourself, your inner being, your spiritual self, which is love.

17. Charity The essential form of charity is to give of yourself. We have all, human beings on the earth plane, lived a life in struggle whether it is mentally or materially or both. Charity, the care for others, is of tremendous value. If you help a human being by giving of yourself materially to support their basic needs, or mentally, to support a broken heart, a being in despair, or a being that has taken the wrong path in life, whatever you do if that is of help, then you bring charity to that being, human or animal. That is love, loving thoughts, that you give from your inner self, your spiritual self. Does your world know charity? I think not. Here and there you see the light of love, but you live in a selfish world, and charity is the key to making unselfish your world. Charity is to love your fellow beings as you love yourself, and God is love, God is charity. We on this side of life know so very well that charity is the answer, the answer to the well-being of your world, to your own well-being and to your own salvation if you so will, be-cause what you do to others, you do unto yourself. So when you give love you will receive love, and love is of God. When you love your enemy you are truly not fighting him, you are helping him to find the right pathway. War

creates war in the mind, and is not a tool for peace. How can we tell this truth to mankind? How can we make mankind understand? - That fighting each other cannot solve anything. Helping people, protecting people, is part of charity, but with a peaceful mind and peaceful means. When you are hurting others, when you create the path-way for war, you are not following the pathway to God, to the light, to love of the universe, to your innermost self of your being. My friend, when you read this, think over again, use your empathy, use your intellect and you will see that the path for solving disputes is charity, and that is love in action. There is a difference between protection of helpless peo-ple, people in need, and destroying the so-called enemy, because the enemy is not your enemy, they are your fel-low beings on earth, fellow beings that you should talk to, negotiate with, find a solution with, find a way where love for all is the answer. That is the main objective, be-cause all human beings are fighting for the same, should fight for the same, and that is love for their fellow beings, and that war can only be fought by love. Charity can change your world, can give peace to your world and can harmonise all the people of your world. Please, do whatever you can, to behold love in your heart, even though your enemy, the so-called enemy,

leaves you with evil deeds. Raise your consciousness above the evil of this world, because there is a con-sciousness of love and charity that will prosper for eterni-ty. When you love, when you give love and when you help someone, you provide charity. You surround yourself with the goodness of the universe, and your mind will be part of God’s light and love for humanity. God is provid-ing you with all the means for raising your world in the consciousness of love and peace, and he has provided you with a tool, and that is charity. Raise yourself by charity; raise yourself to the human being that you ever wished to be. Be a light for others to follow in the name of the Almighty Spirit. When you come to this side of life one day, you will see that God is everything, because God is love. Keep charity in your mind, always, and your spiritual being will be beautified by love.

18. Dreams and consciousness Every night in your dreams you have the potential for joining our world. Your consciousness and spirituality determines your pathway to our dimension of life. Dur-ing sleep many of you come to this side and mingle with your friends. Your loved ones, family and friends are there waiting for you. For a time you can then be with your loved ones in the same manner as you would do here on earth. In sleep you do not carry around your physical body. Your vibration of your spiritual body determines your place on this side in the spirit world. You cannot reach a higher vibration or place of being than you are fit for. Actually, in sleep you experience this world, as you will do after your death. So, when you have sweet dreams, you have entered this world for a while, and you meet people that you love. Unfortunately, you will say that you cannot remember, but sometimes you do. We on this side look forward to your sleep, because then we can be together in love and harmony, enjoying our company together in this beautiful land of God’s king-dom beyond the earth plane. Sometimes in your dreams your brains try to sort out different aspects of life. You then see things that are fantasies, dreams that are of the physical body where passions of life disturb your con-

sciousness. But all this depends on your spiritual pro-gress and pathway, because everything is learning, every-thing is there for you to sort out. With spiritual aware-ness, you will more and more join our world in sleep and have dreams of joy and pleasure. Your brain and your mind are two different aspects of your consciousness. When you come to this world you leave your physical brain behind, but you bring along your mind, your thoughts and your spiritual awareness, because that is your inner self, your eternal self, that you cannot cast aside, ever. All is there in your subconscious mind, but is distorted due to your physical brain. Deep inside in that subcon-scious you have your past experiences, and if you so wish, your past lives from different spheres. Above all, your consciousness is the real and logical mind that you shall be aware of and put emphasis on when in your physical body, because you have been given your senses, the logical and physical brain as part of your physical body. Everything else may disturb your mind. Always be aware of your consciousness. All your thoughts, all the pathways and the network that you have established are part of your subconscious, but you have to sort things out with your conscious mind, and the conscious mind prevails always. That is where

you have sorted out right from wrong, and where you have your present character established. That is also where you have your personality which is part of your inner self. Listen to your inner self, to your consciousness, to your spiritual awareness and know that you are part of the creator. You are part of the universe, and nothing can ever take that from you. That’s where you have always been, and that is where you always will be, a being in the universal creation, a part of the consciousness of the uni-verse. By your thoughts you create, and your conscious-ness creates your future. You are part of the universal consciousness, because you are children of God, the mightiest force in the universe. Love is all there is. Love is everything. Strive for love. Let your consciousness be love.

19. Healing Healing is to help the spiritual body be in harmony with itself and the physical body. Spiritual awareness is part of healing. How can you otherwise heal yourself and others? Healing energy is coming from above. It’s a con-nection you make to the spirit world, a connection to the beam of light when your spiritual vibration can reach that light. That is why spiritual awareness is of fundamental knowledge before healing of any kind can be accom-plished. Healing takes many forms. Colours of this world have a vibration, and they all have an effect upon your spiritual being in different ways. Magnetic fields are an-other approach, but the fundamental key to healing is love, because love is vibration as with colours, as with magnetic fields. As a healer your innermost being must be in harmony and at peace with itself, and this peace vibration will be transferred to the person in need as healing power from within yourself. We are all healers dependent on our spirituality. All has to do with development of oneself, of the healing energy within. First of all and foremost, heal yourself by searching for God inside you, for your spiritual pathway. Humble yourself, leave selfishness behind, be truthful to yourself and ask yourself before you do anything: Am I in a position to heal this individual unselfishly? Then my

friend, give of yourself and let the flow of energy meet that person, the flow of love. The medical technology and development is part of God’s gift to humanity. Even so, - many diseases can be healed by purely healing. However, you are also given the opportunity to use the medical handicraft. Medicine has been developed to heal diseases, and both healing and medical treatment is necessary and part of God’s plans for humanity to prosper. We are all here on earth to conquer ourselves, our spir-itual being and our physical body foremost, so that your spiritual being can show the way for your physical being, because our spiritual being knows the pathway to love, to truthfulness with oneself, to honesty and love for our fellow beings. All healing must be done in love. Then you will be guid-ed from this side, and the energy will flow. The power of love will flow through yourself to the individual you want to help. That is how healing works. That’s what healing was meant to be by the Creator. That’s healing in practice. Healing is love. You cannot see the power in the electricity cable with your physical eyes, but you know the power is there. That is the same with the power of love, that you cannot

see with your physical eyes, but can feel with your spir-itual being. It is a flow of energy as with the energy in the electrical cord. Connect yourself, your spiritual be-ing, to this power line of love, and you will be shown the way. Raise yourself spiritually, and you will be a light for others to follow.

20. Miracles or nature’s law Mankind is equipped with nature’s laws that it does not understand and cannot comprehend. Many things that are shown to mankind are beyond science that you know of today. There are powers in the universe that cannot be measured due to its intricate and complex environment that you should operate within to understand. See, the power of God does not follow the scientific approach of human beings. It is far beyond. When the signs of the earth, as you call miracles, do not give repetitive answers in the same manner as with material scientific methods, scientists or researchers disclose facts as not scientific proof. But I can tell you this, that when you have the right environment with a loving atmosphere, with hum-bleness, with the right kind of energy surrounding you, then you will have repetitiveness and you will have re-sults that will prove to mankind that they only know a fraction of nature’s laws. We know exactly what scientists are afraid of when pro-posing results on spiritual phenomena that are obvious, but that cannot be scientifically proved. They are afraid of losing their credibility. To them I can say this: Some-day you will be proven right. Do not give up, go forward and you will be guided and helped by the spirit world from scientists that are eager to help, eager to accomplish the tasks of the earth that they themselves didn’t either

have the courage or knowledge to disclose when they were on earth. Show your world your results when you are still alive in your physical body. My friend, there are no miracles. Everything is according to nature’s law. Healing is the power of love, which is as real as every material substance on earth. Listen to your inner self, find your own spirituality and you will com-prehend the complexity of the universe. When we use healing as an example, I can say to you this: There will be no healing effect without the right attitude, without love, tolerance and humbleness. Didn’t Christ say “Do you believe”, he was trying by that to obtain the energy for healing. Christ showed the way, and the people of the earth do not want to listen. You need to be at one with the Father in heaven, in love and peace within yourself for healing to work, for the power to work. When the power of what you call telekinesis is shown, it is beyond your comprehension. Telekinesis is the power of the mind lifting objects. For an object to level out gravity and raise itself from physical matter, it needs to apply the energy of love, the energy that is not known to the world of materiality. But it is there; it is real, because you can see the object lifting itself with your physical eyes. It is not an illusion anymore. We encourage the people of the earth to investigate with an open mind and a humble heart, and for those that are seeking, the door

will be open. In the right conditions, you will be able to explore the power of love, the power of thought, the power of God. It is a challenge to you given by the Al-mighty Father. Conquer yourself; go beyond the material aspect of scientific research, then you will find the treas-ure and the truth of life. Connect with the spirit world. We are not dead people, we are alive, we are more alive then you ever imagine. For us, thoughts, the substance of thought is what we apply to create. We create our surroundings by thought. We are of the creative world and you are of the mechani-cal world. Let us meet in between and exchange ideas, exchange the knowledge of the universe. Come into communion with us, and we will show that everything is nature’s law, and that there are no miracles. Expand your outlook, don’t limit yourself to the material aspect, reach higher, and reach above your present mind to the spiritu-al level. There is your treasure in life. Your thoughts are more then just air. They are real, they are of substance, they are as real as yourself, your physi-cal self. When you transfer your thoughts to another per-son you go by telepathy. So when you know that telepa-thy works, you have to stretch yourself further and see what you can explore with your mind inside yourself, because that is where your heaven is. You create your heaven inside yourself, the heaven you will meet on this

side of life, because what you create you shall receive. Create love and you shall receive love within your mind. You create your own paradise, which is your conscious-ness. Everything is there in your mind. Nothing is lost. Do not expect miracles on either side of life. Everything is nature’s law, which is cause and effect. You reap as you sow. 21. The universe When you look up to the sky you see during the night endless stars. The universe is infinite and so is your life. It is an evolution. A new star is born, another star dies and so it is with you. You are born and you die from the physical plane, but during your life you are a star. A star that can shine so bright that you will notice the bright-ness in the sky. That brightness comes with your spiritual awareness, knowing that God is in you and everywhere in the universe. God is infinite as the universe. God is universal. The system of the universe is perfect. God is perfect. Everything is in order. There is a plan, an infinite plan. For the universe is God’s plan. There is a universe that you need a microscope to dis-cover on earth. You can’t see it with your physical eyes, but it is there. So it is with the spirit world. You cannot see it with your physical eyes, but it is there, another vi-bration and another substance. The spirit world is endless - endless consciousness. We have many spheres, infinite worlds, in our universe. Infinite spheres of being, and infinite spheres of consciousness. You see, the universe is more than you can grasp with your mind in your phys-ical body. That is why you are given the opportunity and the intellect to search and to find answers. There is much to strive for. Your mind would not be satisfied otherwise. There are always new possibilities, because the creation

is endless. It is there for your joy, it is there for you to always discover new aspects of life. My friend, the treasure in life is to seek and find God, to find love within your heart, within your mind, within your whole being. That is your destiny and your future. It is your mind that you need to build in love. The physical aspect of life is only there to help you achieve a higher consciousness. We are all part of the universe, the con-sciousness of the universe, and our thoughts create our future. Be mindful of your thoughts. They are there as a tool for reaching higher. Your inner self is a universe of your own, and it is infinite. You are an infinite being. By love, peace and harmony in life and by helping others, you raise your inner consciousness and your part of the universal consciousness. Remember the microscope, the small beings you cannot see with your physical eyes. They have all their tasks to perform and so do you. Even though you don´t see how your tasks can contribute to a universal consciousness, they do. We all have a mission. Strive for your mission, strive for love and strive to love your fellow beings. Then you are on the divine and right path in the universe. Love is universal, and the power of the universe is love.

Your ultimate destination To be with God, in union with him is the destination you are striving for, that you are fighting for, that you should work for day by day, climbing the ladder step by step. Your spirituality is all that matters, attaining perfection in morality, in your character and in love for your fellow beings. That´s the mission we all have. You have God inside you. God is not something out there. He is right here, but you have to raise your con-sciousness, and see above materiality because when you break that barrier of consciousness, you will see the spir-itual aspect of life. You have to tune in, my friend. Tune in to the channel of love. In your daily work, in your daily activities and in your communication with others, be truthful to yourself and be honest. Nothing is hidden when you come to this side. Your life on earth will be open. There will be no secrets, so start today repairing the earthly mistakes that you have made. We have all made mistakes, and we have to repair them by charity, by helping others wherever we can. Then, my friend, you are travelling the pathway of love and peace towards the kingdom of God that you have inside yourself, because you are not travelling any-where. In the terms of the earth, you are where you are. Seek inside you, that’s where your universe is. Travel in

that universe and you will find beauties that you didn’t know were there. On this side, we don’t have space, nor time. Where we want to be, is where we are, where we are supposed to be. Because your character that you made for yourself on earth decides your destination when you come to this side. You will then know that what you did to others, you did to yourself. We are all one. God is the centre. God is in every one of us, but you have to search and find the pathway. He will listen and open the door when the time is there. Our world, the spirit world, has many spheres of con-sciousness that you cannot see nor achieve, spheres that are of a higher consciousness than where you are at pre-sent. What you make out of the school of life that you are in at the moment, decides you destination, your consciousness that you bring over to this side. In our world you will receive love and understanding, and you will have the option for further development. You have free will, but you will benefit if you increase in spirituality before you come to live with us. We are here to help you to do the right things on earth, and to achieve your true mission on earth.

When you have done your mission and your time comes for leaving the earth plane, then you will enter this world in joy and peace, knowing that your life on earth was not wasted, but crowned by the Almighty.
