Day 1: Arrival Yangon – Yangon Sightseeing (Meals: - / L / D)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by our licensed tour guide (Thai Language Speaking).
Upon arrival, visit to “Chaukhtathgyi Pagoda” it is the fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and
67m long. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to Hotel for check in (official check-in 14:00). After
check in the hotel, take a relax for a while. Afternoon sightseeing starts to visit Botataung Pagoda at the bank
of Yangon River, which is 2000 years old said to have enshrinement of Buddha hair relic carried by 8 Indian
monks. Visit around the harbor and a glance at historic Strand hotel and down town Yangon with central post
office, custom house to observe the colonial heritage in Yangon. In the evening, visit the most magnificent and
spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty stupa while it changes
the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun. Enjoy dinner at famous floating
Karaweik Palace Restaurant with traditional cultural dance.
STAY OVERNIGHT IN YANGON.
Day 2: Yangon – Bagan Sightseeing (Meals: B / L / D)
Enjoy breakfast at hotel. This morning transfer to Yangon Domestic Airport for your flight to Bagan. From the
airport, start your full day Bagan sightseeing tour with a visit to see the golden stupa of Shwezigon Pagoda;
considered as a holiest one, Gubyaukgyi Temple, Wetgyi‐Inn Village. Next stop is Htilominlo, one of the elegant
temple still in good its stuccos. and traces of old murals are also still visible.Take photo around the temples and
visit to Lacquer Ware Factory to watch craftsmen skillfully making this most famous of Bagan handicrafts.
Enjoy lunch at one of the Local Restaurant and check‐in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit to Ananda Temple
(an architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple) and Nanpaya Temple, built in the Mon style with intricate
stone carvings, and said once to have been Manuha's residence. See the four Buddha images in Manuha Pagoda.
Then stop at Myazedi Stupa to see Myanmar's "Rosetta Stone", bearing inscriptions written in four languages.
Continue to the Myinkaba area and visit Gubyaukgyi Temple, this temple was built in 1113 by Kyansittha's son
Rajakumar, on his father's death. The fine stuccowork on it exterior walls is in particularly good condition.
Proceed to Shwesandaw Stupa to watch sunset over the Ayeyarwaddy River.
STAY OVERNIGHT IN BAGAN.
Day 3: Bagan – Amarapura - Mandalay Sightseeing (Meals: B / L / D)
After breakfast, transfer to Nyaung U airport for the flight to Mandalay, the last capital of Myanmar kingdom
founded in 1857AD. ancient capital Amarapura, old royal city before Mandalay. Visit to U Bein Bridge across
the Taungthaman Lake, Mahagandayone Monastery where more than thousand of Buddhist monks live and study
and traditional Silk and cotton weaving workshops and proceed to Mandalay. Enjoy lunch and relax at the hotel.
In the afternoon, Sightseeing of Mandalay starts with a visit to Shwenandaw monastery – still existing
masterpiece of last Myanmar kingdom's architecture in teak and wood carving; and Atumashi Monastery, the
“Incomparable Monastery” and Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the World’s Biggest Book for its 729 stone slabs of
Buddhist scriptures. End the day at Mandalay Hill (elevation 230 m) or reach it by road, escalators or a lift. You
may see a panoramic view of the city and enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill.
STAY OVERNIGHT IN MANDALAY.
Day 4: Mandalay – Yangon Sightseeing (Meals: B/ L/ D)
After breakfast, transfer to Mandalay airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, sightseeing starts to discover
the colorful Yangon city center with a close look at the local life of the historical city and takes you to the
Landmark of the city centre, Sule Pagoda, City Hall and other colonial buildings and walk around the
Mahabandoola Park to see the colonial courthouse and independence monument. Then, chek in and take relax
for a while at the hotel and shopping at the well-known “Bogyoke Aung San Market” (former Scott’s market) ),
where one can buy many items in one place. This Market was built in British colonial times and has a colonial
shape. In the late afternoon, visit to bustling China Town. A delicious dinner will be waiting you at local
restaurant.
STAY OVERNIGHT IN YANGON.
Day 5: Yangon Sightseeing - Departure (Meals: B/ L/ -)
After breakfast, this morning sightseeing starts to discover the colorful Yangon city center with a close look at the
local life of the historical city and takes you to the Landmark of the city centre, Sule Pagoda, City Hall and other
colonial buildings and photo stop at the Mahabandoola Park to see the colonial courthouse and independence
monument. Afterwards, visit some of the more well known pagodas, including Botataung Pagoda, named after
the 1000 military leaders who escorted relics of the Buddha from Inda over 2000 years ago. Then shopping at the
well-known “Bogyoke Aung San Market” (former Scott’s market), where one can buy many items in one place.
This Market was built in British colonial times and has a colonial shape. Depending upon the flight time, you will
be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
