South Atlantic Equipment Coordinator, ZIM Lines, Savannah, Ga. (2014-2014) Control Inventory and stock levels for inland depots in Charlotte, NC as well as the Port of Charleston, SC. Update system errors. Submit rail billing for empty and loaded export return of equipment to rail ramp. Report daily to regional manager stock level. Approved export bookings bases on depot stock levels. Create and correct system data that allows for the proper tracking of equipment. Quote charges when needed pertaining to equipment related needs. Create invoicing PO in SAP system for payment of equipment and operations related billing.

South Atlantic Reefer Coordinator, ZIM Lines, Savannah, Ga. (2010-2014) Control and Maintain all specialized refrigerated container units for the South Atlantic region. Coordinates export, imports and empty equipment for by export and imports. Ports including, Savannah (GPA), Charleston (NCT); Port Everglades, Fl., Port of Tampa and the Port of Miami under area of supervision. Responsibility for the Florida region, included supervision of port inventory, out of service issues and reefer booking, control by the ZIM Miami equipment group. Coordinates control of empty inventory all ports and venders for mount, set ups, pre-trip, as well as repairs. Handles all over the road out of service equipment calls. Coordinate and create reefer manifest for export loading and import discharges at vessel operations. Controls, records, approves invoices and monitors all cost saving and equipment repairs on refrigerated equipment within the South Atlantic. Approve invoices for billing process.

Export Vessel Coordinator, ZIM Lines, Savannah, Ga. (2007 – 2010, 2014) Responsible for daily coordination of exports vessels on four main services calling the Port of Savannah as well as the Port of Charleston. Manifested load orders of all exports for both
