Logging on to the Delinquency Early Warning System

To log on to the Delinquency Early Warning System (DEWS), follow these steps.

Step 1. From the eFannieMae.com home screen, select Multifamily, followed by Applications>Asset Management/Asset Servicing>eServicing.

Note: DEWS is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. eastern time and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. eastern time. DEWS is not available on Sunday or on Fannie Mae observed holidays.

Step 2. Click Launch.

The Login Screen appears.

Step 3. Enter your user ID and password. Click Login.

You see the eServicing applications to which you have access. These applications may include Investor Reporting, Delinquency Early Warning, and/or Payoff Calculator. (See the screenshot on page 2.)

Step 4. Select Delinquency Early Warning.

The Delinquency Case Menu appears.

From here you can create and update mortgage loan delinquency cases, certify your portfolio, or generate, view, and download reports on your delinquency cases.
