Terms and Conditions

1. Completed forms (including the names of at least 20 otters) must be returned to Farnham Town Council Offices, South Street, Farnham GU9 7RN by midday Wednesday 27 June (forms submitted after this date will not be entered). 2. There is one competition prize, the (1metre high) model otter decorated by Farnham in Bloom. 3. The winning entry will be drawn at Farnham Carnival on Saturday 30th June and the otter will be presented to the winner at the otter auction at Farnham Castle on 9th July. 4. The winner agrees to have promotional photographs taken, which may be used in Farnham Town Council publications and local media beyond the life of the project and to loan back the otter for Britain in Bloom judging.
