To ensure our high standards we actively attended training courses. Let’s be honest no one

knows everything about their field of expertise. So even if we learn one thing on the training

courses we attend , that training and expertise can be passed onto our customers.

From time to time we have to put our Inspecter Clouseau hat on. A detective on the art of

cleaning carpets. Stains may be visible but the customer scratches their head, as they don't

know how they got there or what they are.

The chemicals we use are very good and friendly. Again we turn from detective  to chemist. We

have to ensure that we understand what the stain may be , so we can use the correct chemical.

The customer wouldn't be happy if that stain was removed but what was left was a white bleach

stain. Hence the training.

Customer always ask how long will it take for my carpet to dry completely, Well this depends on

several factors. Probably the most obvious one is the power of the vacuum system used by the

carpet cleaner. Our machine had three vacuum systems so we can work upto 200 ft from our

machine. Another factor is the psi the carpet cleaning machine is capable of , and finally the

temperature in the relevant room being cleaned.

As professionals we carry air movers also,. These machines are very powerful hair dryers , and

can dry a typical living room in ten minutes.

Not all customer are kind enough to provide video feedback, which is something we have started

to do.
