This year you can pick from a light and flavorful Lemon Wheat beer - an excellent way to recapture a bit of summer, Pat's Electric Ale - an amber ale with a more complex hop palate, or the winning choice from two years ago, MJ Brown Ale - a dark English-style ale, this time returning in a variation using Cascade hops. After you've enjoyed the samples, you pick your favorite, and Pat will brew a complete batch of 36 bottles for your enjoyment. Brewing takes 4 - 6 weeks.
